“WWE Rivals” featuring The Ultimate Warrior vs. Hulk Hogan had 175,000 viewers, down 73,000 from the prior episode. The show had a 0.05 rating on 18-49, up 0.01 from the Roddy Piper vs. Mr. T episode.

On “Insight with Chris Van Vliet”, A. J. Styles was asked about potentially facing John Cena one last time during Cena’s retirement tour. He said “I don’t know. I don’t make those decisions. I would love to have it, for sure, it’d be fun. Honestly, I think that there’s something about, I can’t explain it, why him and I gel so well together. I don’t know what it is, because we’re definitely not the same in any kind of way. It just works. The first time I got in the ring with him it was like, ‘Wow, dude, that was cool’. So, yeah, I would love the opportunity to work with Cena again.”

In a story on Deadline.com, which confirmed A&E’s renewal of “WWE LFG” for a second season, there seems to be already a change from season one. Deadline lists that Michelle McCool, the soon-to-be WWE Hall of Famer and wife of The Undertaker, will join the cast of four coaches on “LFG” next season, replacing Mickie James. “The group will receive coaching from the likes of Undertaker, Booker T, Michelle McCool, and Bubba Ray Dudley,” the Deadline story reads. McCool appeared on last week’s episode lending a helping hand to Mickie James’ team. There has been no clarification or announcement from WWE yet. “LFG” is only in its third episode so far.

Paul Orndorff’s son Travis expressed how grateful he is that his late father is being included as a DLC character in WWE 2K25.

In WWE’s countdown of the 50 greatest matches in WrestleMania history, WWE ranked Shawn Michaels vs. John Cena from “WrestleMania 23” at #43. Mick Foley vs. Edge from “WrestleMania 22” was #42.

Ric Flair said that he will fight his way through security to hit the ring to prevent John Cena from getting his 17th world title and breaking his record. Flair noted that according to WWE, it’s been 25 years since he last won his 16th world title, mentioning a list of some of his greatest opponents including Harley Race, Bruiser Brody, Terry Funk, Dusty Rhodes, Bret Hart, The Undertaker, and Ricky Steamboat. “@JohnCena, I love you and respect you, but you ain’t taking nothing from @CodyRhodes,” Flair wrote in a post on X. “If I have to fight my way through security to hit the ring, I will. I’ll take the day off of blood thinners. LFG! Let’s do this!” Flair attached a photo pointing at John Cena while holding the WWE Championship. In a recent interview, Flair said he would love it if his daughter Charlotte breaks his record of 16 world titles, but wouldn’t mind if it was Cena or Randy Orton either.

Recent additions to WWE Vault include the Andre The Giant vs. Big John Studd body slam challenge from the first “WrestleMania”.

The legendary video game publisher Acclaim is being revitalized by industry veterans, with an advisory board of “esteemed industry leaders” established to help shape its future. This board includes notable figures such as Russell Binder, who is the founding partner of the licensing and merchandising company Striker Entertainment; Mark Caplan, the founder of the business consultancy firm Ridge Partners, and Jeff Jarrett, a well-known wrestler and entrepreneur.
