While little information about what led up to the wreck has been released, the patrol reported that Earnest Harrell, 43, of Edmond, died at the scene from his injuries. Harrell was driving a tractor-trailer.
Also driving a tractor-trailer, Hassan Suhaib, 63, of Harris, Texas, was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, troopers said.
The driver of a car involved in the wreck was not injured, the patrol reported.
Troopers described the weather conditions at the time of the wreck as “dark” and “foggy.”
