Brock Lesnar & Michael Hayes Named In Amendment To Janel Grant’s WWE Lawsuit

SUMMARY
Janel Grant's attorneys have made a 34-page amendment to the lawsuit filed against Vince McMahon and WWE
.
In it, Brock Lesnar is named after it was assumed he was the WWE/UFC crossover star referenced in the original suit.

Michael Hayes, who has been on indefinite leave from WWE since November, is also named in the amendment.

One year after filing the initial lawsuit, former WWE employee Janel Grant's attorneys have made an amendment that provides additional information, adding 34 more pages to the suit. In it, both Brock Lesnar and Michael Hayes are named among the WWE employees Grant has levied accusations against. Previously, Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis were the only people named in the suit.

Brock Lesnar Named In Amendment To Janel Grant Lawsuit

An email detailing the lengthy amendment to the lawsuit was sent to The Sportster by Grant's attorneys late on Friday night. The most notable addition to the suit is the naming of Lesnar. In the original suit, a WWE/UFC crossover star was mentioned, but their name was never confirmed. It was assumed that Lesnar was the star being referenced and that is almost certainly why he has been absent from WWE ever since. Lesnar was also hurriedly removed from WWE 2K24 after the allegations were made.

In the suit's update, Grant claims she was offered to Lesnar by McMahon as a bargaining chip to help convince the absent Superstar to sign a new contract with WWE. New details claim Lesnar was flown to Connecticut by McMahon for a business dinner with him and Grant with the intention of them having a sexual encounter back at McMahon's condo. However, according to Grant, Lesnar was too intoxicated and the night ended with the dinner.

Grant Claims She Was Ordered To Send Explicit Content To Michael Hayes

Another new detail added to the lawsuit claims Lesnar demanded Grant send him a video of her while she was urinating. It was shortly after that the claim made in the initial lawsuit allegedly took place, that being Lesnar was scheduled to fly out for a sexual encounter with Grant but failed to do so due to a snowstorm.

The other new name added to the lawsuit by Friday's amendment is someone who seemingly wasn't referenced in the initial suit at all - Michael Hayes. Grant claims McMahon ordered her to create customized pornographic content for "Hayes and his crew". The amendment also includes text messages from Grant to Hayes asking if he's enjoying the pictures and assuring him that she lives up to McMahon's hype.

Hayes is still employed by WWE but was placed on indefinite leave in November, the belief being that a personal, possibly medical issue, was the reason for his absence and that he would eventually return to work. Lesnar was reportedly supposed to return to WWE during last year's men's Royal Rumble match. However, the lawsuit was filed right before it and it seems WWE replaced him with Bron Breakker at the last minute. Lesnar appears to still be under contract with WWE but hasn't been used since the summer of 2023.
