Von Erich Memorabilia Heads to Auction in Dallas

Fans of the legendary Von Erich family and World Class Championship Wrestling now have an opportunity to purchase some amazing memorabilia. Kevin Von Erich has decided to part with items from his personal collection. These items include the wooden plaques given to Kevin when the Von Erich family was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

The items have been entrusted to Heritage Auctions of Dallas, Texas. Bidding runs through February 23, 2025.

Other items in the auction include signed photographs, one of which is the last known photograph of David Von Erich before his death in Japan. There are also ring worn items such as trunks and jackets that belonged to Kevin Von Erich.

Von Erich stated in a recent interview that he no longer wanted to keep these pieces of the Von Erich legacy in the
shipping container that has been their home for several years. The items have been moved from Texas to Hawaii and back again. Von Erich ultimately decided that the items would be better off in the hands of the family's fans.
Don't expect the items to come cheap. Some items have a reserve price, and memorabilia like the Hall of Fame plaques is expected to exceed a $2,000 price tag.
