Ricky Starks vs. Sammy Guevara booked for AEW Dynamite Homecoming

AEW Tag Team Champion Ricky Starks will take on Sammy Guevara on Wednesday's Homecoming edition of Dynamite.
AEW's Tony Khan officially announced the new match for Dynamite in a social media post on Friday. Later Friday on Rampage, Guevara & Chris Jericho cut a promo for the match.
Guevara & Jericho are next in line to challenge Starks & Big Bill for the AEW World Tag Team titles. Jericho & Kenny Omega won a guaranteed title shot as The Golden Jets, but Omega has been sidelined while suffering from diverticulitis, and Jericho has granted Guevara the shot in Omega's place.
Starks vs. Guevara is one of two matches official for Dynamite Homecoming at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida. Sting & Darby Allin vs. Powerhouse Hobbs & Konosuke Takeshita of The Don Callis Family is also set for the show.
AEW World Champion Samoa Joe will also make an appearance at Homecoming.
