The latest WWE rumor is that Karrion Kross and Shinsuke Nakamura will begin a feud soon.
Goldberg is not happy that Vince McMahon has broken a handshake agreement regarding a final match with WWE. While speaking with 93.7 The Ticket, Goldberg revealed that he had a handshake agreement with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon that he would receive a proper retirement match after losing to Roman Reigns in a Universal Title Match at "Crown Jewel" in February 2022. “Vince McMahon and I had a handshake understanding that, you know, after the Roman Reigns match I would have a proper retirement match. And, you know, that hasn’t come to fruition through them. So, therefore… You know, nobody puts a stamp on my career. Nobody tells me when I’m done, period. When somebody tells me that, you know, I kinda like to fight against it. I like to do things my own way and I go out my own way. And I certainly don’t go out, you know, under Roman Reigns, you know, three weeks after I’ve had Covid and agreed to a match.”
Week eight of WWE on A&E had the "Biography" episode of The Iron Sheik, and "Rivals" tackled the Hulk Hogan vs. Roddy Piper story. The Iron Sheik "Biography" episode drew 452,000 viewers, down slightly by 9,000 viewers from last week's Dusty Rhodes episode. It drew the same 0.14 rating in 18-49 and placed #21 on the chart. "Rivals" with Hogan vs. Piper drew 357,000 viewers, down 70,000 viewers from the Undertaker vs. Randy Orton episode of last week. It had a 0.11 rating in 18-49, down 0.03, and placed #26 on the chart.

Ric Flair has sparked controversy on social media with a now-deleted post that many have deemed insensitive. In the post, Flair was seen posing by the bedside of Steve “Mongo” McMichael. The former NFL and WCW star revealed he had been diagnosed with ALS in April 2021, and the degenerative condition has left him paralyzed from the shoulders down. Before stepping into the ring, McMichael starred in the NFL between 1980 and 1994, winning the Super Bowl with the Chicago Bears in 1985. After retiring, the star ventured into professional wrestling with WWE before heading to WCW in September 1995, eventually becoming a memeber of The Four Horsemen. While Flair and McMichael remained friends after working together in WCW, fans didn’t appreciate a photo from the Nature Boy’s latest visit. In the post, Flair wrote that Mongo is “stronger than anyone we know,” and posed for a photo with McMichael and his wife Misty at his bedside. Many fans were quick to call out Flair for his apparent cheerful, all-smiles demeanour, next to McMichael lying in bed attached to medical equipment. Flair was criticized for being disrespectful, while others accused him of doing whatever he could to stay in the spotlight. The post was later deleted.
Bill Algeo said that his promo on Saturday's UFC show in Kansas City was a tribute to Ric Flair.
Ric Flair was the guest on the latest episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, whoch you can watch by clicking here.
On the latest "Foley Is Pod" on AdFreeShows.com, Mick Foley talked about Dude Love's heel turn. He also talked about some current topics. Here are some highlights: On being a part of "WWE Most Wanted Treasures" starting April 30th on A&E: "It is the debut of 'WWE Most Wanted Treasures', the show that we had to only speculate on. But now that it's out there and they're doing the teasers with me and Booker and Lita, and some of the other WWE stars, I can tell you, we just did our final filming last week. I started working on this thing in June and I have not flown this much, and I do travel quite a bit except for the pandemic year where I only did a couple flights. This is the most I've traveled since 2001 traveling around the country, retrieving these items. Some people are like, okay, I can make money off this. Some people are in it for the transactions. Other people just love it. They love it. So we do our very best, we never force anybody, and one of the things I like about the show is that nothing is guaranteed. There was literally, I won't tell you which guest I was with because I don't want to tip my hat as to which episode it is, but we were getting, 'No no, no', and me and the other WWE Superstars were about two steps from the bottom of the stairs. Then across the foyer out of the house we heard, 'Wait a minute.' We turned around, and in the three seconds, we turned around and in those seconds, the wife had convinced the husband to let it go. So not only were they financially compensated in a very fair way, but it makes for good TV. Everyone involved in this thing feels really good about it. We've got a crew that was just unbelievable. We all got along. Everything was harmonious and we feel like that's going to be on the screen. So the one rough cut I saw, the DX episode, it's really good, and if the others are up to that standard, we feel like It's going to be a very good show that has a chance to reach out to the non-wrestling fans, or even the dormant wrestling fans, because in a lot of cases, were retrieving things that are 20 or 30 years old and sometimes going back to Gorgeous George in that era. It's pretty cool and I feel good that I can finally speak about it. I feel like it's a show that wrestling fans did enjoy the first season and they'll enjoy this one as well. It’s next Sunday night, April 30th, on A&E.” On having fire involved in some of his matches during his career: "I never liked the fire. I did it. I never felt comfortable with it." Looking back, there were two things he would not have done in his career: "So I could have done things that were healthier, but then I'm not the guy who got to the dance. You know, those were the things that brought me there. I wish I had not dropped elbows on the concrete in non-televised matches and used it less on TV also, and I wish I'd brought up the hand because here was no correlation to me between guys who blocked or did not block chair shots and guys who got over big time, because the guys who were the biggest stars in the business did block the chairs, and no one thought any less of them."
"The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase apologized for an "untimely" post that was sent to his social media channels. "As you know, I try to share nostalgic memories from my wrestling career as a way for fans to revisit their childhood memories," DiBiase's statement said. "Since my time is limited due to travel requirements, the posts are approved by me ahead of time and scheduled for a later date." But the WWE Hall of Famer admitted that circumstances at the moment are rather difficult following his son's troubles with the United States Department of Justice. "Our family is currently navigating a difficult season and while we cannot speak to these events publicly, we appreciate your prayers during this time," he continued, adding that he truly appreciates the love and support from the fans who have been part of his family for more than 40 years. His son Ted DiBiase, Jr. was charged on 13 counts by the Department of Justice earlier this week in his role with misappropriating millions of dollars in federal safety-net funds intended for needy families and low-income individuals in Mississippi.
Following his boxing victory at "Creator Clash 2", John Hennigan appeared on the "MMA Hour" with Ariel Helwani, which you can watch by clicking here.
