Rikishi recently spoke with "Road Trip After Hours". Rikishi pitched to get involved in the Bloodline storyline with his sons Jimmy and Jey Uso. He said, “I think they need to add Rikishi to that mix. Rikishi is the real father. They ain’t gotta make up nothing. This is a shoot. Anybody that can straighten up their kid would be their dad. So right now their kids are in turmoil, they just don’t know what they want to do. It’s a crisis out there. So right now, for Rikishi to step in with some law and order, I think that would be really good.”
Mick Foley made an interesting pitch to become the next member of Judgment Day. It could possibly be to get revenge on Edge for their WrestleMania 22 match. You can watch the video by clicking here.
Mick Foley has revealed that he was contacted about inducting someone into the WWE Hall of Fame. He isn’t sure if the plan he was asked about will go through or not.

Ricky Starks has been rivaling Chris Jericho for a few months now and beat him again at "AEW Revolution 2023". How has it been working with one of the all time greats so far? That's what Starks was talking about during the press conference leading up to the pay-per-view event. “There are a few things I’ve learned about Chris. He's a very masterful kind of director in a way. I guess for me, learning from Chris was doing all the right things at the right time. I'm a big believer, and I've talked about this a lot in interviews about the people I want to fight with here. I mentioned Kenny (Omega), I mentioned (CM) Punk, I mentioned all these people with experience because iron sharpens. Fight Chris Jericho, that's iron sharpens iron. I think, based on this, I'm a better artist, I'm better at entertaining, after all this. I don't want to say it wasn't before, but to add a little extra flair to a well-seasoned beef that is me, I think it worked as perfectly as it could. Chris is a legend in this business. I don’t think they realize how old Chris is. I'm not saying this in a negative way, but I'm saying it to say he's been doing this for a long time. Having it on the list is a big deal for people like me who are hungry, who don't want to sit in the catering and have to wait for the next. That's what I've always wanted since I've been here. I had it with sting didn't get it for a while now I got Chris. There's more to come from that. So Chris is a very, very special kind of talent. I'll give him that."
Except for one non-televised event, “AEW: The House Always Wins,” AEW has mostly been a wrestling promotion dependent on television up until 2023. The promotion’s live event tour will begin in 2023 with "AEW: House Rules". There are many stars on the AEW roster that are eager to work these house shows, according to AEW President Tony Khan. But it looks like Sammy Guevara is one name that isn’t. Jon Moxley even had to nix an event overseas, so he could work the Ohio live event. Sammy Guevara recently spoke with MuscleManMalcolm for The Sportster and made it very clear that he does not want to participate in the events that are not broadcast on television. Moreover, he is even attempting to reduce the number of bumps he takes. “On the house shows, you can keep me off those. I’m trying not to have to take bumps, Okay? When I do take bumps. As you see, it’s been [in scenarios like] a crazy Ladder Match, and then you can keep me off for a little bit. I don’t want to bump often. But when I do want to make it crazy, so keep me off those.” Guevara recently participated in the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match on the March 1st episode of "AEW Dynamite". We will have to wait and see what the future has in store for Sammy Guevara in AEW.
The latest vlog from Sammy Guevara is now available by clicking here.
Jeff Jarrett appears in a new ad for the upcoming WrestleQuest video game.
“Hacksaw” Jim Duggan appeared recently on a livestream for AdFreeShows and shared his thoughts on his favorite competitor to wrestle against. The wrestler selected Ted DiBiase as his personal favorite, citing their past history and how much he learned from DiBiase throughout his career. Duggan and DiBiase operated both as rivals and tag-teammates during their tenure. On his favorite opponent and their personal history: “[Ted] DiBiase. I wrestled Ted a bunch, all over the place. When I came into Mid-South, I was still green. I had only been in the business like four years, I didn’t know [anything]. They put me and DiBiase and [Matt] Borne together as The Rat Pack, and I started to learn the business. And I learned a lot from Ted over the years.”
Greg Valentine had a major issue with the way WCW Executive Vice President Bill Watts booked him against Sting. On October 19, 1992, Valentine was supposed to lose to Sting on "WCW Saturday Night". While he had no problem suffering a defeat, Valentine only wanted to do so if the outcome led to a meaningful storyline. Speaking in a “Title Match Wrestling” video, Valentine recalled how Watts’ booking caused him to immediately quit WCW. “That didn’t work out all that well because Bill Watts was the booker and I didn’t get along with him at all,” Valentine said. “I ended up quitting. They wanted me to do a job for [lose against] Sting and I just said, ‘I ain’t doing it.’” Valentine wanted to attack Sting after the match or the following week to kick-start a potential storyline. Watts, by contrast, simply told Valentine to lose clean in a match with no storyline build-up. At the age of 63, Sting still currently performs as an in-ring competitor for AEW. Earlier in his career, the wrestling icon made his name in WCW before going on to work for Impact/TNA and WWE. While Valentine views Sting as a “nice guy,” he was never completely sold on the six-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion’s in-ring ability. In a previous “Title Match Wrestling” video, Valentine gave his brutally honest opinion on his former co-worker. “I didn’t think he was that hot, big [of] a deal anyway, and I still don’t,” Valentine said. “I’m not a Sting fan. Nice guy but, you know, I refused to do the job and I walked out.”
