Former Olympian turned professional wrestler Ken Patera is in the final stages of his autobiography, PWInsider.com has learned. Patera's initial manuscript is said to be in the 600-page range, co-written by Simon Gregory.

Over the course of his career, Patera held the WWWF Intercontinental Championship, the AWA World Tag Team titles and the Mid-Atlantic Championship, among other titles. Patera, playing off his fame as one of the World's Strongest Men, entered the business in the early 1970s through the 1990s. He last made an in-ring appearance in 2011, wrestling former WWWF foe Bob Backlund for the Insane Clown Posse.

The autobiography is currently in the editing stages and will be released through WOHW publications, headed by Kenny Casanova, who has worked on books with Sabu, Kamala, Big Van Vader, Tito Santana and more.
