Many Of Joey Ryan’s Lawsuits Against His Speaking Out Accusers Have Been Thrown Out

Ever since Joey Ryan found his name mentioned in the Speaking Out movement, Ryan has been on the offensive. Filing lawsuits against Impact Wrestling, his accusers, and a wrestler who amplified the voice of his accusers, Ryan has been filing multi-million dollar lawsuits in an attempt to silence and discredit his accusers.

Now, according to Heel By Nature, it has been revealed that his lawsuits against several of his accusers have been thrown out without prejudice. In this case, it means that he can refile his cases but he could continue to run into the same problems. One of his cases had already been thrown out for this reason, and now it seems the remainder against his accusers have been thrown out.

Last month, Ryan did win a default judgment against one of his accusers who failed to respond to the complaint. However, the defendant has the option to file a motion to have the default set aside, which would allow another chance for the case to move forward provided she gave a valid reason why a response was not provided in a timely fashion.

Ryan has yet to get a judgment in his suit against Impact Wrestling.
