A contract signing for the Universal title match at WrestleMania has been announced for next week.

Tonight on SmackDown, it was confirmed that Roman Reigns and Goldberg will meet face-to-face to sign their contract for WrestleMania. It was Reigns who challenged Goldberg to the WrestleMania match after Goldberg defeated The Fiend Bray Wyatt at Super Showdown back on February 27 to win the Universal title.

Reigns came out on tonight’s show, doing a sit-down promo with Michael Cole, who said that critics feel he inserted himself into the main event of WrestleMania. Reigns said that he doesn’t let the critics get to him and that he’s not part time like Goldberg.

NFL star Rob Gronkowski has also been announced for next week. Mojo Rawley said during tonight's show that Gronkowski was coming to WWE.

SmackDown is still scheduled to take place at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana next Friday. However, that will likely change due to the spread of the coronavirus.
