Killer Kross and Timothy Thatcher signings announced
Posted: Feb 5th 2020 By: Bob Magee
On last night's WWE Backstage, the promotion confirmed the two latest signings to join WWE, Timothy hatcher and former Impact star Killer Kross.
Kross has been a controversial figure who walked away from IMPACT over contract issues, with the final straw coming in July when he was slated to face Eddie Edwards in a First Blood match at Slammiversary XVII event. Kross was asked to blade and stated he felt this was unsafe, and refused to do it. Fake blood was employed in the match instead.
IMPACT refused to book him and he sat out the remainder of his contract.
Thatcher has wrestled all over the world on the independent scene with MLW, PWG, PROGRESS Wrestling, Revolution Pro Wrestling, wXw, and had performed for the semi-official WWE farm promotion EVOLVE. He also has performed as a former member of Ringkamp, now known as IMPERIUM in NXT UK and NXT,
with WALTER and Marcel Barthel.
