Sammy Guevara vs. Dustin Rhodes set for AEW Dynamite

A new match has been added for this Wednesday’s edition of Dynamite.

AEW announced on their social media today that The Inner Circle’s Sammy Guevara will take on Dustin Rhodes. Rhodes has been feuding with the group ever since Jake Hager slammed Rhodes’ hand into a car door on an episode of Dynamite back in October that, in storyline, put him on the shelf for a number of weeks.

Four other matches have already been announced for this Wednesday’s show: Cody Rhodes vs. Darby Allin, Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks vs. Lucha Bros. & Pac, Riho vs. Nyla Rose vs. Britt Baker vs. Hikaru Shida in a fatal four way match for the AEW women’s title and Jon Moxley vs. Trent.

MJF is also expected to announce stipulations for an upcoming match against Cody Rhodes. Chris Jericho will be looking for an answer from Moxley after Jericho offered Moxley a spot in the Inner Circle.

This week’s Dynamite, which is being labeled a Homecoming edition of the show, will take place at Daly’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
