Yoga at the Winery With Mike Sydal on Friday Feb 10th

On Friday, February 10, the tag team known to NWL fans as “High Society” will team up outside the ring to host a night of yoga and wine at the Windy Wine Company in Osborn, MO.
Michael Korklan, known to wrestling fans as “Yoga Monster” Mike Sydal or NWL’s Ken Dharma, will begin the night by leading a one-hour yoga session for all fitness levels. The yoga will emphasize breathing techniques, vinyasa flow, and deep stretch for flexibility and relaxation. Following the yoga will be a social hour that includes a complimentary glass of your choice of wine! The wine is made from the grapes of the award-winning Windy Wine vineyards, owned and operated by Kraig Keesaman, a.k.a. NWL’s Niles Plonk.
Yoga at the Winery is a healthy way to enjoy the night with loved ones and meet new friends. And being on Valentine’s weekend it also makes an excellent date night!
The cost for the entire evening will be $20.
