She packs a punch, Killista does ? but some wonder if the young pro from the atomic sands of Roswell is fueled by alien DNA.

She's sneaky, too ? sly enough to have won a championship belt from a royal rumble of tough men, making her the first woman to hold the X Division belt of Compound Pro Wrestling in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Killista always wears blue in the ring, a throwback to her childhood when she ran with extraterrestrials during mystical desert nights in her old stomping grounds amid the remote vastness of New Mexico.

It's Blue, Baby!

?Some say I look like an avatar, so I might have some alien DNA,? Killista said during an interview. ?Maybe that's why I'm so good. I was abducted one night when I was a child. It explains the way I am. The aliens like wrestling and they like the color blue. I do, too.

?So I wear blue all the time, and every time in the ring,? she continued. ?When I was little, my ET friends would signal to me from the sky with a blue light. I wear blue as a way to signal back to them.?

It's a Rough 'n Tumble World

Back here on earth, Killista is grounding herself in the ring as a skilled performer with a winning personality. A newcomer with less than two years of pro experience, she is a natural athlete with a fierce desire to win. Success in tennis and soccer inspired her to accept an offer from Canadian Red Devil to transform her natural prowess into a new set of skills in the rough 'n tumble world of pro wrestling.

?From the moment she walked in the door of our training school, she was a very unusual character, which translates well into wrestling,? Canadian Red Devil said. ?I quickly found her very likable, and so did our Compound fans. Killista is a valuable player in our women's division, a real attraction. She has a great future, and with time to grow and hone her craft, she may become a big star. If the right opportunity comes along, we could be watching her on TV on Monday night very soon.?
'Like So Much Baloney'

For now, Killista focuses her energies on regaining the Compound Pro Oklahoma X Division title from her archrival, Skylar Slice, who took the belt from the high-kickin' lass in blue during a hotly contested match last November. ?I've been trying to get it back from her ever since,? Killista said. ?And I'm getting screwed every time I try to get it.?

The most recent Killista-Skylar Slice encounter in Tulsa on February 20 saw another victory by her rival in a disputed Triple Threat Match. Queen Erica, the women's champ of Impact Zone Wrestling in Lawton, Oklahoma, fell to Killista's Ballistic Kick closer, but then, while Killista was making the pin, Skyler Slice kicked her off and covered Queen Erica for the triumph.

?Skylar stole my finish,? Killista said. ?I'm the one who put Erica down and covered her. But my day will come again. And next time I'll slice up the Slice like so much baloney.?

The Last Woman Standing

A stolen title belt isn't necessarily new territory for Killista. Just ask the men in the Compound Pro Royal Rumble of last April when, as Killista says, ?I defeated a guy and stole the X Division title belt.? Here's how she tells it:

?At the very end there were two guys outside the ring, my mentor The Canadian Devil and Paul Puerto Rico. And when Paul Puerto Rico eliminated the Red Devil, I leaped into the ring just before they finished fighting. I surprised Paul Puerto Rico and kicked him out of the ring. That made me the last person standing, and though some say I got there on a technicality, there were no rules against that, so I stole the belt. And I kept it for a good long while."
'All Black and Blue'

Killista told us a little secret. Outside the ring, she said, she is reserved and congenial ? a downright model citizen.

?Once I put that eye makeup on,? and lace up my black and blue boots, and get my hair all poofed up? Well, then my other side comes out. I don't know exactly where it comes from ? maybe from some distant galaxy ? but once I'm in the ring, I'm ready to make everyone else all black and blue.?
