Greetings to all and thanks for stopping by our site aka as the best kept secret in the rasslin, internet world. I've updated the Q&A's here that have been recently submitted and they included some of the better questions that we have received in a while. Remember that Impact Wrestling's World Champion Ethan Carter 3 is my guest on a new Ross Report podcast that drops this Tuesday night at 9 ET on podcastone.com, iTunes and here on the homepage of our site.

FoxSports.com is set to drop my latest writing Monday on former, 6 year WWWF Champion Bob Backlund whose new, book 'BACKLUND: From Al American Boy to Professional Wrestling's World Champion' will be discussed along with his amazing career including winning a national Championship as a football defensive end AND the National Championship in wrestling all within about a month's period of time which is unparalleled.

Great, heavyweight Slobber Knocker Saturday night on Fox Sports 1 featuring Josh Barnett and Roy Nelson on the UFC Japan show. The card was somewhat average but the last two bouts really provided the spark that the event needed from my perspective. Barnet was a recent Ross Report podcast guest and is extremely learned in all combat sports and pro wrestling ws well. Its a good listen and one I suggest that you check out at podcastone.com.

Good feedback with 25 year veteran of @PWTorch Bruce Mitchell on this week's podcast as Bruce is one of the most experienced and intelligent of all the individuals who cover the genre online.

Sad to see the mug shot of WWE HOFer Sunny aka Tammy Stych plastered all over the web after her most recent arrest. It would appear tht she needs professional help in getting a handle on her life and hopefully that will occur as she could be working somewhere every weekend if she were in a better place. We wish her the best and certainly support her efforts to get healthy. If she doesn't this story may well have a less than happy ending. Everyone deserves to live a happy life and it's certainly not too late for her to be happy and live a productive existence.

Sting, who certainly deserves and has earned induction into the WWE Hall of Fame dodged a major bullet in his recent WWE NOC bout in Houston vs. WWE Champion Seth Rollins. Most people don't realize just how close this matter was to becoming a disaster. For the ignorant and uneducated who blame Rollins for this snafu, please re-evaluate your uninformed opinion. It was an accident and to hold Rollins sole accountable is ludicrous.

The TNA Bound for Glory PPV is coming up on Sunday October 4 and would be a good chance for fans to see how their talents and creative handle doing a live show wth high stakes riding on it. I'm hoping that the show does wll and plan on watching it.

Love the fact hat Steve Austin definitively shot down the rumors of any chance that he would face Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania Texas on April 3 in Arlington at AT&T Stadium. I said the same thing on my podcast this week after talking to Steve before recording it last week on the Bruce Mitchell episode. Nonetheless no matter what Austin or any one else says many fans will remain hopeful and damn near sure that this match is going to happen. I can only say to that " Let it go."

I could see Lesnar winning the 2016 Royal Rumble and then facing the WWE champion and winning before 100,000+ fans at WM32. Time will tell as there are many ways to go with a star as talented as Lesnar.

Another rumor is Rock vs. HHH at Wrestlemania Texas. I could see that happening but only time will tell. These two could have a great build up and then deliver a stout, old school match.

Happy Lucha Underground is returning for a second season as I'm a fan of their product and enjoy their concept and unique presentation of pro wrestling.

Working on Guests for the balance of the year to review WWE PPV's and those guests Include PWInsider's Mike Johnson talking WWE Hell in a Cell in October, the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer reviewing Survivor Series with me in November and the outspoken and controversial Vince Russo joining me to review WWE TLC in December. Subscribe to the Ross Report podcast for FREE at iTunes and you won't miss a show and they will automatically be downloaded into the device of your choice.

Monday night I'm going to interview both Bob Backlund and Abyss for two separate podcasts with their exact air dates to be determined. Looking forward to both conversations and will be preparing diligently Sunday and Monday.

Amazing day of college football Saturday and it's going be challenging to pick my top four teams on our weekly USA Today poll of which I am a voting member. My Sooners open Big 12 play Saturday in Norman against a talented West Virginia team in a key game that if OU doesn't bring their 'A Game' and play great defense OU will fall to the Mountaineers. Scary game for Sooner fans.

The online speculation on what the card will resemble at Wrestlemania Texas will become nauseating before it will all be said and done. This 'Mania will do 100,000+ IMO but even with that success one has to wonder will today's social media obsessed fans will be satisfied? I think that we all know the answer to that one.

Plans are coming together well for our WM32 weekend of activities. Our meetings in Dallas last week on our venue and our show schedule in Dallas plus a new pro wrestling project that we are exploring went very well.

Twitter question at @JRsBBQ: We changed the rings in WWE to be more talent/bump friendly from the extremely hard rings that WWF utilized based on the feedback I received from Talents in the mid 90's.

Scott Williams, Paul O'Brien and yours truly are making major headway on my autobiography and it's coming together better now than ever. I'm relieved as to where we are at this point in time. Yes, I'm obsessed to provide those that buy it a great read. Our team is doing a terrific job. Communicating between Houston and Ireland is challenging but fun. Some nights I catch myself writing well after midnight. Hey, that's late for me. Still planning a 2016 release date.

With some companies wanting to reinvent the wheel in the biz, how does 50-50 booking help anyone? Here's the answer, it doesn't. If a talent isn't skilled enough to lose and still maintain some of their swag then they need more work on the farm, better coaching, and smarter game planning.

Just curious but can anyone tell me how having essentiality no rules to break can help facilitate a wrestler being a viable heel? Anyone?

Check out my NWA/Bob Backlund story on my Facebook site at JimRossBBQ. For long time fans, it's an eye opener.
