Only 10 VIP Meet/Greet/Photo Op tickets remain for our first ever RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross Show in Baltimore at Rams Head Live on Saturday May 16 and are on sale at ramsheadlive.com. General Admission tickets are only $22.50 and will be also available the day of the event at Rams Head Live. The show is two weeks from today and we've never had any thoughts of cancelling it due to the unrest that has been unfortunately ongoing in Baltimore. One of my favorite cites needs some laughs and we intend to provide some in a couple of weeks. I hope that you will join me.

Lots of random thoughts from here and yon....

Tickets for RINGSIDE w/ Jim Ross Show in New York City on Summer Slam Saturday night August 22 at the Gramercy Theater are selling well starting at only $25 www.ticketmaster.com. I hope that you will make our show a part of an exciting WWE Summer Slam weekend. One show only and a there are also VIP Meet/Greet/Photo Op tickets available if you choose.

My Podcast with Mike Johnson of Pro Wrestling Insider covers a wide variety of topics including the future of Lucha Underground, Billy Corgan to TNA, the future of @SamoaJoe, WWE Extreme Rules, and the continued growth of ROH. Its FREE to listen to and available now at podcastone.com, iTunes and on the homepage of this site which can't be easier to access.

This Tuesday my guest on the Ross Report is @SamoaJoe which is one of my favorite and most interesting shows that we've done followed by @OfficialTaz on a show that drops at 9 pm ET on Tuesday 12. My pal Taz has PLENTY to say...surprised?

www.wweshop.com/jimross has some new, JR's packages now available that includes a cool piece of @robschamberger art that I've signed as a thank you. Check them out and grill away.

The Q&A's elsewhere here are updated.

Enjoyed spending a few days this past week in Memphis and it was nice spending a little time, mostly eating, with @JerryLawler. Maybe we should pitch a show to the Food Network. King's new DVD "It's Good to be the King" features a great documentary disc and some classic Memphis bouts featuring the WWE HOFer.

Happy for @RealMickFoley on his special airing on the @WWENetwork and it was a hit both creatively and from a production standpoint. Mick and I have casually discussed doing some 'tag team shows' where we each do about 45 minutes and then close it out with a joint Q&A with the audience. Stay tuned.

Still going with @FloydMayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao but if it works out that Manny wins a split decision or with a shocking KO, a second fight would be in order meaning even MORE money for all involved. That second fight would be a hit in AT&T Stadium which is the home of WrestleMania 32 and the Dallas Cowboys. The chance to sell 100,000+ tickets is too good to not consider. If there is no controversy tonight in Vegas, I will be shocked.

For those putting down my idea of @RondaRousey vs. Stephanie McMahon for WM32 your logic is a head scratcher to me. I see it as a no brainer and potentially one of the biggest "attraction matches" ever in WWE. The villain stacks the deck and the heroine overcomes. It's a 10-15 minute presentation bell to bell and it would sell tickets, WWE Network subscriptions and garner amazing media coverage. Yes, I know that UFC head honcho Dana White as said no but is that merely laying the ground work for an arrangement for UFC to cut a deal with WWE to promote UFC PPV's on the WWE Network at some point in the future? Lots of things can change between now and early 2016.

Happy Birthday to @TheRock who has achieved unparalleled success since we signed him to a WWE Contract back in the day and where he was "discovered" by Hollywood. He told me on day one that he was going to be "your top guy" and he wasn't being arrogant but merely confident and believing in himself. Rock is living proof that good things happen to good people who refuse to finish second. WWE hasn't had any two talents with more natural chemistry than Rock and Austin who headlined three, WrestleMania events.

Curious to see if Tough Enough is going to be about finding the next,'big thing' or producing a new, TV show that earns ratings or can both agendas be fulfilled?

I hope the prospects who want to be selected are working like Trojans on their cardio & not merely wanting the body builder look. No cardio equals no chance.

Can easily see Jose Aldo beating Conor McGregor in their upcoming UFC Super fight. Nonetheless the Irishman has become an amazing marketer. Other MMA fighters need to adapt their own natural personalities as McGregor has in selling tickets and PPV's.

Jon "Bones" Jones needs to re-examine his inner circle and the mentors in his life but the end game is liking who he sees in the mirror. There is still time to make this train wreck right. Accepting personal responsibly for one's actions is where it starts.

What happened to the execution of properly applying wrestling holds in pro wrestling matches and not being a one dimensional, flip, flop and fly talent who under sell major moves and takes moves like a DDT and makes them after thoughts?

All the Oklahoma Sooners drafted thus far in the NFL Draft I know personally and they are all high character players who each need developing but have significant upsides. They will be great locker room guys who, if healthy, can contribute to each of their organizations.

Enjoy a great sports weekend!
