WWE to present The Warrior Award to Connor Michalek at Hall of Fame

WWE announced the creation of The Warrior Award, which will be presented at the Hall of Fame Induction ceremony and will be given to those who show unwavering strength and perseverance, and who lives life with the courage and compassion that embodies the spirit of WWE Hall of Famer the Ultimate Warrior.
This year, the first-ever Warrior Award will be given to Connor Michalek, an 8 year old Pittsburgh native who passed away last year from cancer. Connor?s bond with former WWE champion Daniel Bryan and other WWE Superstars and Divas was highlighted in a video that WWE produced which went viral. You can see the video below.
Dana Warrior, the widow of the Ultimate Warrior, and Daniel Bryan will be presenting the award to Connor?s father, Steve Michalek, on March 28 at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
