WWE has finally released ?Badstreet USA? by Michael ?PS? Hayes and The Badstreet Band on iTunes. This comes after a lawsuit with the composer of the song, James Papa, was settled earlier this year.

Regarding the ?nWo Sting? error on the back of WWE?s new "Best of Sting" DVD set, the word is that they claim was not a mistake as far as the designers were concerned. The designers of the DVD artwork felt Sting?s confrontation with nWo Sting was important enough to be included. There is a segment on the DVD about their confrontation. WWE will be changing all artwork for that DVD going forward.

Sting is on the cover of the December issue of the WWE Comic book, which is written by Mick Foley

PWInsider reports that Jeff Jarrett?s Global Force Wrestling will be holding their first pay-per-view on January 4, 2015. The site has confirmed with multiple sources that a GWF show is on carriers? scheduled for that date, which is the same date as NJPW?s annual Tokyo Dome show. According to the site, it appears that Jarrett has a deal to bring the Tokyo Dome show to pay-per-view in the US for the first time. The deal and all marketing will be branded for GFW and not New Japan Pro Wrestling. Jarrett joined NJPW?s Bullett Club faction recently. Jarrett declined to comment when asked about the story.

Insane Hardcore Wrestling Entertainment had a big event in Fort Worth, TX this past Sunday. Jim Cornette did a Q&A talking World Class and Mid-South Wrestling. There was a meet and greet with Cornette, Stan Hansen, The Grappler (Len Denton), Gary Young, Black Bart, Lance Hoyt, Charlie Haas, and Kyle O'Reilly. They inducted Grappler and Cornette (who didn't know ahead of time) into the Southern Wrestling Hall of Fame. Barbara Goodish, widow of Bruiser Brody, was there and gave a nice speech. Morgan Dollar of the Cauliflower Alley Club announced that they would honor Bruiser Brody at the 2015 CAC Awards Banquet in Las Vegas, NV.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan mentioned at the Mid-Atlantic Legends Fanfest in Charlotte, NC last month that he and Roddy Piper had been trying to get their own reality TV show of some sort. Duggan said he wasn?t sure about a season 2 of "WWE Legends House" but added that he likely would not be on the next season if it happens.

Former WWE Diva Angela Fong will be working for the Asistencia Asesor?a y Administraci?n Lucha Underground promotion, apparently using her real name. Top indie star Brian Cage is also in talks to be added to the roster. The promoters have responded to criticism that the first sets of tapings weren?t ?Lucha enough? by bringing in more wrestlers from Mexico and doing more all-Lucha matches. However, head agent Chavo Guerrero has been pushing for the wrestlers to slow down. There have been complaints that they are trying to push talents into a WWE style and away from the Lucha Libre style. There has been talk of using ?original Sin Cara? Luis Urive and it?s expected that Alberto Del Rio will be used soon as well. A Lucha Underground Championship will likely be introduced towards the end of this year.

Jake Roberts appeared at a Max North Pro Wrestling show in Canada last weekend and was said to be in good spirits. Jake gave an inspirational speech from in the ring and seemed to be doing alright, according to a fan in attendance.

There were rumors over the weekend that Jake Roberts had passed away. The rumore were untrue. Cauliflower Alley Club posted on Facebook "Just to be clear...there are some rumors circulating around the internet that Jake Roberts has passed away. THIS IS NOT TRUE! Jake spoke this evening with his good buddy Sinn Bodhi and sounded in very good health. We know this because Sinn also spoke with our very own Morgan Dollar at an event in Ft. Worth, Texas. So this is good news! Jake is doing fine."
