Latest News On Sting & The WWE, Has He Signed?

Posted: Jun 9th 2014 By: Richard Boudreau

It's reported that a casting call from LACasting.com is calling for musicians for a project entitled "WWE Orchestra" that will shoot this coming Monday. Which has the wrestling world buzzing that this "orchestra" could be part of a potential appearance of Sting on WWE RAW. The musicians need to be between the agest of 18 to 70, have their own instruments and will be paid $650 a per day, plus a 20% commission.

The same shoot is looking for a muscular man, for a "body double" role, has to be 6'2 and roughly 250lbs, has wrestling experience, caucasian and has long hair, between the ages of 38 to 50.

F4WOnline.com "asking around" but the site didn't say specifically if if spoke with the WWE, with regard to this casing call and this is what the site was told;

- While WWE is in the title, this is not a WWE project but a project from another agency that works with WWE.

- Sting has not signed as of today with WWE.

- This is not for Raw next week nor for WWE programming, since it is being shot in Los Angeles and Raw is not in Los Angeles.

If this isn't a major hint that Sting is close to signing with the WWE, I really don't know what is. Combine that with the news of WWE working on a Sting retrospective DVD and a potential appearance in the upcoming WWE 2K15 Video Game, it would appear at least on the surface, that the man called Sting has finally arrived in the WWE.
