Unfinished Business

Unfinished Business

Posted: Apr 10th 2007 By: IZW Staff

If the show on March 17th was any indication of the type of wrestling Oklahoma City can expect from IZW all the time, then OKC could be in for one hell of a ride! There was a little bit of everything that night, starting with the opening highlight video on the 90" big screen to the high flying cruiserweights in the beginning and the hard hitting heavyweights inside a steel cage to end, along with two guys wearing dog collars in one of the most brutal matches in Oklahoma history somewhere in between it all! This show had all the ingredients to make it the best show this region has seen in years and now they've got even more in store on April 21st!

IZW Vs. MSWA Eight Man Tag Team Match

Impact, Inc. (Johnny Z, Bernie D, Gary T, & Bad Brad Michaels)
Vs.
MSWA (Bad Boy, Angel Williams, Glen Steel, & ?????)

It has become quite obvious that Johnny Z & his Impact Inc. cronies have never wanted a friendly relationship with Mike Crawford and Mid-South. IZW & Mid-South seemed to have built a working relationship in the beginning stages of IZW's Invasion of the OKC area, which quickly turned sour when Johnny Z & Gary T were overheard making disparaging remarks about Mid-South Wrestling. All of this led to a Six-Man Tag Team Match at the last IZW show in which Impact Inc. was the victor. Now, Impact Inc. as a whole will face Mid-South's best again, but who will be Mid-South's fourth man, who will stand up to the most dominant faction in this area today, who will stand up for the people?

IZW Cruiserweight Championship Ladder Match

"The Future President of America" Mitch W. Carter(c)
Vs.
"The Mexican" Matt Garza

At the last show we saw the Cruiserweight Champion Mitch W. Carter defend his title successfully against Matt Garza, with some help from his Cabinet throughout the contest and a handful of tights for the pinfall. This time we don't have to worry about pinfalls though, as these two will be facing off in a Ladder Match for the Cruiserweight Championship! The belt will hang 15 feet above the ring as these two put their careers on the line for one of the most hotly contested titles in IZW!

IZW Tag Team Championship Match

The Re-Gex (c) (Seth Shai & Mace)
Vs.
Team Shenanigans (Tyler Bateman & Kenny Campbell)

Team Shenanigans hopes to finally taste the fruits of their efforts, for seven long months they have chased after the IZW Tag Team Championships and have tasted little success. The Re-Gex and IZW Management have determined that this will be Team Shenanigans last shot at the IZW Tag Team Championships, so with that in mind Team Shenanigans has promised the fans they WILL walk away from IZW Saturday Night Sabotage with the IZW Tag Team Titles around their waist.

IZW Inter-Gender Tag Team Match

Lily McKenzie & Jeff Starchild
Vs.
Marianne Albright & Thomas Rumsfeld

This is a feud that began just last month when what started out as IZW's first ever Women's Match became IZW's first ever Inter-Gender Tag Team Match after too much involvement by Thomas Rumsfeld led to the involvement of Jeff Starchild. After a victory by Jeff Starchild & Lily McKenzie a challenge was issued by The Cabinet and has been accepted by Jeff & Lily! So be there April 21st, 2007 to witness what is sure to be one great match!
