Reportedly The Wild Samoans (Afa & Sika) & Jim Ross will still be inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame this year. Steve Austin is set to induct J. R. and The Samoans will be inducted seperately by their sons Samu & Ro-Z. Still no official word on who will put Jerry Lawler in, although the big rumor is that it will be William Shatner.

Dusty Rhodes will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by his sons Dustin "Goldust" Runnels and Cody Runnels.

Mick Foley's new autobiography "Hardcore Diaries" is #12 of The Wall Street Journal's list of top selling Nonfiction books. The New York Times best seller list has it debuting at #7, the highest debut for a WWE book in 10 years. Publishers Weekly has it listed at #10.

John Bradshaw Layfield made a nice mention of Safari's animal shelter in Broken Arrow in his blog this week (You can read the entire blog at www.wwe.com/superstars/smackdown/jbl/jblblogmar16. JBL has long been friends with Frank Gaddy, who has close connections with Safari's and has arranged many private tours of the facility when WWE superstars have been in town as well as autograph sessions at Safari's which brings attention to the facility. Safari's was also chosen this year as the beneficiary for the charity auction held at Conestoga, a local science fiction literature and art convention that Oklafan senior editor CM Burnham works on every year.

It appears that Ray Gordy, son of Terry Gordy of The Fabulous Freebirds, may be getting called up to the main WWE roster very soon. He has been working Smackdown house shows and dark matches at Smackdown TV tapings tagging with Henry Godwinn and being billed as Cousin Cletus. At the Deep South Wrestling show at Six Flags over Georgia, Gordy was in full-blown hillbilly mode and used the Slop Drop as his finisher, picking up the win over Brian Cage.

Kishi has signed on with Jakks Pacific for a WWE Classic Superstars figure.

Sting was actually messed up pretty bad at the PPV on Sunday even though he wrestled on the tapings Monday.

A. J. Styles had the wind knocked out of him taking the bump at the PPV, but he also wrestled Monday.

NWA-TNA is expected to announce details of a special Elevation X commemorative item soon that would feature pieces of the gear that Rhino and A. J. Styles wore for the bout.

Before the double bull rope match at Destination X, Jim Cornette laid out all the moves for Gail Kim and Jackie Moore.

The show "Bullrun" starring Bill Goldberg aired on Spike TV Tuesday night after the two-hour UFC special, debuting to a 0.94 rating, which they should be happy with.

George Steele recently did an interview for World Wrestling Insanity and spoke about the passing of Ernie Ladd and said "Ernie was good friend of mine and a good friend to the Lord. That was a huge loss for football, for wrestling, and really mankind. He was a stand up top guy. "He did interviews with President Bush, Bill Clinton. This guy was really out there…He was a great athlete." JG from World Wrestling Insanity noted that when Ladd passed, his picture appeared on AOL's main page.

During an interview with Bryan Alvarez, Paul Bearer said he had ballooned to 525 pounds, but dropped 240 pounds following gastric bypass surgery. Bearer said that Vince McMahon helped to pay for his surgery. He also stated that his twenty year old son Daniel recently made his in ring debut. His son is wrestling as D.J. Pringle, and is 6 ffet 4 inches tall and weighs 265 pounds. Bearer said that he hopes to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame when The Undertaker is inducted. Bearer is currently working in the funeral business, and helps to promote Gulf South Wrestling.

Jim Casey) defeated Mid-South Tag Team Champions Tony Gunn & Don Bass for the titles, Gary Gram defeated Prince al-Farat by reverse decision resulting in a DQ when Gram passed out in the Camel Clutch and al-Farat refused to release the hold. Prince al-Farat then won a Battle Royal last eliminating Tony Gunn and received a bye in the 1st round of the upcoming International Title Tournament.
