For a brief while last Friday night, Jack Swagger was the most searched topic on Yahoo.

TMZ.com reported that Jake Hager, aka Jack Swagger, was arrested Wednesday night after the "WWE Friday Night SmackDown!" TV tapings in Biloxi, MS and charged with speeding, DUI, and possession of marijuana. To read TMZ's story and view Swagger's mug shot, click here.

Jack Swagger will be appearing in court in Biloxi, MS to answer his charges of DUI, marijuana possession, and speeding on March 12th. Swagger didn?t spend much time behind bars and was picked up by an acquaintance according to local newspaper reports.

Following the video of Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger directed to Glenn Beck, at this point, there doesn?t seem to be any major fallout from Jack Swagger?s recent arrest. One WWE source noted that they wouldn?t be surprised if this whole new Glenn Beck situation is what is currently saving Jack Swagger and his WrestleMania storyline following Tuesday night?s arrest.

Jim Ross commented about Swagger on Twitter "@Michaelwwefan11: @JRsBBQ Your view on Jack Swagger getting arested? Really? I don?t celebrate others misfortunes including traffic Tkts."

Lance Storm also commented about Swagger on Twitter "To everyone asking about Swagger. A very unfortunate mistake, I have no idea what the fall out will be, but DUIs R irresponsible & Stupid".

No confirmed word yet on what kind of actions, if any, WWE will take against Jack Swagger after his arrest on Tuesday night. The only rumor being circulated is that they were considering "booking changes", which can't be good for Swagger.

WWE issued a press release inviting political commentator Glenn Beck to appear on "Monday Night RAW" this past Monday to address the WWE fans. In a segment on his show "The Blaze TV" last week, the former Fox News employee called wrestling fans "stupid people" and criticized the storyline involving Jack Swagger, Zeb Colter, and World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio. WWE wrote in the press release that just like TV shows and movies, WWE is in the entertainment business, creating fictional characters that serve as protagonists or antagonists. "WWE is creating a rivalry centered on a topical subject that has varying points of view. This storyline was developed to build the Mexican-American character Del Rio into a hero given WWE's large Latino base, which represents 20 percent of our audience," the press release reads. The USA Network will be airing the 2013 WWE Hall Of Fame Special on Tuesday, April 9th. Check local listings for times in your area. The inductees this year are Mick Foley, Trish Stratus, Bob Backlund, Bruno Sammartino, and Donald Trump. One other name that was being considered was Cyndi Lauper. Now that Trump has been announced it is expected that Lauper will not be inducted.

The Miz was a recent guest on "The Rack" and talked about working with Ric Flair. He said "What an honor; I host a show on RAW called MizTV and my guest at that time was Ric Flair and , you know, not only did I get to do a 'Woo' off with Ric Flair, going 'Woo' 'WOO', you know, that was a childhood dream. Not only that, but Antonio Cesaro, a person I was feuding up against, basically told Ric Flair that he was a has-been and a never-was, ?yadda, yadda, yadda?. Ric Flair and I took Antonio apart; as I told Ric Flair to give him the figure-four, what everyone wanted to see, Ric Flair gave me the honor of slapping on the figure-four to Antonio Cesaro. So, to keep that honor, that tradition going, I?m going to keep using the figure-four leglock, and hopefully make Ric Flair proud because as a kid growing up, I was putting the figure-four on all my friends, so it?s very, very cool to do that." When asked about people comparing him to be "The next Ric Flair", he said "I will take that and I will run with it, thank you very much. You know, that?s a compliment and a half because Ric Flair has done everything there is to do in the WWE; he is a living legend and has touched so many people through the years upon years, decades I guess you could say, of the work he?s done for this business and where he has come and where he has brought it is just incredible. Jake ?The Snake? Roberts tweeted a photo of himself, along with Diamond Dallas Page greeting Scott Hall at the airport, welcoming him to their home to start the DDP Yoga rehab process. Roberts has been sober for a while ever since he?s been living with Page and has lost a good amount of weight under the supervision of the former WCW champion. The two then reached out to Scott Hall, whose countless trips to a WWE-sponsored rehab facility proved fruitless. Hall ? sadly in a wheelchair ? is seen giving the two thumbs up to the camera and Page and Roberts smile. DDP has vowed to help the former nWo member if he abide by his rules and judging from Jake Roberts? progress, it does seem that miracles do happen. Last week, Roberts tweeted that Hall had been clean for 16 days and moving in with him will be the biggest move for either of them ?Sharing road to health, sobriety and happiness.
