WWE news: Former WWE/WCW wrestler found dead

Former WWE and WCW wrestler Brad Armstrong died on Nov. 1. According to WWE.com, Armstrong went to see his doctor last week about a medical problem and was found unresponsive this morning. He was 51.
Brad was the son of legendary Florida wrestler, Bullet Bob Armstrong. He was part of a large wrestling family, as his brother Brian wrestled in the WWE as The Road Dogg, his brother Scott wrestled in WCW and currently serves as a referee in the WWE, and a third brother Steve wrestled for a short time in both WCW and the WWE.
Brad was the veteran wrestler of the four boys, with a very successful career in the NWA territories, including holding titles in Georgia, Jim Crockett Promotions and the Mid South/UWF regions. He also wrestled in WCW, to lesser success, during the promotions successful '90s run. His last stop in professional wrestling came in 2006, when he wrestled for ECW under the WWE umbrella.
Over his career, he held the NWA National Championship, UWF World Tag Team Championship, NWA Southeastern Continental Heavyweight Championship, Smoky Mountain Heavyweight Championship and WCW Light Heavyweight Championship. He was also the Pro Wrestling Illustrated Rookie of the Year in 1982.
