Full Force Of MSWA Comes Crashing Down On Johnny Z

When you're on top of the heap, it's hard to imagine a moment when things could go wrong. And Impact, Inc. is accustomed to being on top of that heap. So the feeling they had when they left the Grasslands Event Center must have been unimaginable as the fans got to vicariously experience some revenge thanks to their suffering.

Two weeks ago, MSWA owner Bad Boy had announced that he would be facing Johnny Z in the main event on September 29th. What neither man knew at the time was that this match would be a lumberjack match. And while Johnny Z & Erica were outraged, Bad Boy was ecstatic. Especially when the lumberjacks made their way to the ring.

Obviously there were some sides picked backstage and men such as Bobby Starr and Copycat sided with Impact, Inc. Even the debuting Angel Blue came out to support Johnny Z in his match. But the group that came to show support for Bad Boy was enourmous. Nemesis, The Canadian Red Devil, The Syndicate, MSWA Mid-South Champion Double D and MSWA Oklahoma Champion Cody Jones, together with his girlfriend Starr, all took their spots to cheer Bad Boy on.

In a Lumberjack Match, the excitement increases when people are thrown from the ring and the first person tossed out was Johnny Z, who tried to fend off the beating by Bad Boy's contingent before being tossed back in. And then it happened again. But Z got some revenge when Bad Boy was tossed from the ring on the opposite side.

But as often happens in one of these matches, the participants on the outside become participants on the inside. MSWA Mid-South Tag Team Champions Jermaine Johnson & Jordan Jacobs dove in to try and assist their boss and that brought everyone else in to the fracas. And the numbers game was in full play. Z found himself surrounded by the Lumberjacks and each took an opportunity to exact a little revenge. CRD started things with an Atomic Drop which led to the Syndicate hitting a double team move. IZW Tag Team Champion Damon Windsor then put Z down with a chokeslam and IZW Impact Division champion Damien Morte followed that up with a Swanton. Cody Jones hit the GTS and Double D executed the D-Facer. Then Bad Boy finished things up with a running Leg Drop and the pin. But that wasn't the end.

As Impact, Inc. struggled to rescue their leader, Jordan Jacobs got caught in the ring and the entire circle of punishment occurred again. Then Jermaine Johnson was forced in as well and experienced the same pain his fellow members did, only after Jones hit the GTS, Starr got in the ring and slapped the taste out of Johnson's mouth.

The crowd even called for Erica to be given the same treatment, but Johnny Z quickly ushered the entire group to the back, with Shawn Sanders briefly pursuing with a steel chair. Then Bad Boy's troops celebrated in the ring. It was a wonderful victory, marred only by the FACT that IZW Tag Team Champion Kevin Morgan was banned from the building, due to his actions the previous show.

And while it was great for the fans, Bad Boy and Double D must realise that things are going to be very serious on October 28th when Johnny Z puts his career on the line against Double D's MSWA Title at "Mid-South Mayhem". All the celebration tonight could turn out to be for nothing if Z walks away as MSWA Champion once more and Impact, Inc. controls all the gold.
