3XWrestling Welcomes ?Hacksaw? Jim Duggan to Des Moines!

Wrestling Hall of Famer To Perform At Special Outdoor Event

DES MOINES, Iowa ? The all-stars of Midwest pro wrestling will be in action once again on Saturday, August 4 as 3XWrestling (3XW) holds a special live outdoor event at The Keg Stand in West Des Moines.

3XW welcomes a very special guest for this event ? ?Hacksaw? Jim Duggan, a WWE Hall of Famer and still one of professional wrestling?s most memorable stars, will be battling three-time former 3XW Heavyweight champion ?Delicious? Devin Carter in the main event of this spectacular wrestling card. He will also be available for autographs and to take photos for fans.

Duggan is widely known throughout the world of sports and entertainment for his memorable battles in the the WWF, WCW and Mid-South Wrestling organizations. With an American flag and trusty 2 x 4 in hand, and battle cries of ?HOOOOOOOO!!!!!? and ?U-S-A?.U-S-A?.,? ?Hacksaw? has captivated millions of fans throughout his illustrious career.

Notable career highlights even casual wrestling fans may remember include:

- Winning the inaugural WWF Royal Rumble battle royal in 1988

- Defeating King Haku in 1989 to become the new ?King? of the WWF

- Becoming the first WWF wrestler to knock the near 600-pound Yokozuna off his feet on WWF Superstars in 1993

- Defeating Steve Austin in 35-seconds to win the WCW United States championship in 1994.

- Induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011.

To this day, Duggan still appears on WWE television multiple times a year and even wrestled on WWE?s Smackdown TV show earlier this month.

Aside from Duggan?s match, this event includes women?s wrestling featuring Miss Natural vs Stacey O?Brien. Other 3XWrestling TV stars will also be in action, including the American Bulldogs (Maddog McDowell & ?The American Fury? Jon West with Skylar Pierce), ?The Bulletproof Tiger? Jaysin Strife, ?All That? Matt Murphy (first graduate of the Harley Race Wrestling Academy), ?The Canadian Sex Icon? Ryan Slade, Ray Stryker and many more!

3XW Live! will be held at The Keg Stand in West Des Moines. The event will be filmed for future airing on 3XW?s weekly television program on Iowa CW Network affiliates. 3XW?s TV show airs Saturday at 6 p.m. on KWKB channel 20 (eastern Iowa) and 1:30 a.m. Monday on KCWI channel 23 (central Iowa).

Seating begins for the event at 7 p.m. for a 7:30 p.m. start time. The Keg Stand is located at 3530 Westown Parkway in beautiful West Des Moines.

Ticket prices are $20 for front row and $10 for general admission. This is an 18 years old and over event ? 18 and over can watch the event outside, 21 and older can go in the bar.
