Beth Phoenix and Chris Jericho appeared on TV in France on ?The Grand Journal? last Friday to promote the WWE House Show at Paris-Bercy.

Nikki Bella?s title victory on RAW last night over Beth Phoenix was scheduled to happen for several weeks, reports The Wrestling Observer: "WWE had planned for Kharma to win the Divas championship without beating Phoenix, thus the reason for Beth?s storyline ankle injury."

WWE.com is reporting that Beth Phoenix suffered what WWE medical personnel have confirmed is a severe sprain to her left ankle. According to Dr. Michael Sampson, the former Divas champion will undergo an MRI.

Beth Phoenix posted on Twitter "Thank you to everyone that helped me thru the airport this morning. Will keep every posted on MRI and xray results. Believe me?nothing ?hurts worse than my heart right now after the loss and even worse thought of missing competition. But i have been bere before, and if?there is one thing Beth Phoenix knows how to do, it?s rise from the ashes. The title will be mine again. #unbreakable".

At the April 19th WWE house show in Toulouse, France it appeared Jack Swagger had defeated Santino Marella for the WWE United States Title. However, a 2nd referee came out and stated that Marella's foot was under the ropes and the match was restarted and eventually won by Marella.

At the TNA show in Fort Lauderdale, FL on Friday night, there was a fan wearing a suit and sunglasses with a Ric Flair wig. He stole the show and lots of fans wanted to get photos with him. With the wig, he actually looked quite a bit like a circa 1988 Flair.

Steve Austin and Jim Cornette will be new columnists for the U.K. based Fighting Spirit Magazine, that covers MMA and pro wrestling. The first issue with both of them came out this past Thursday.

Roddy Piper will be featured on the TV show "Celebrity House Hunters" that airs on Thursday at 10pm on the Biography Channel. The episode will feature Piper and his wife looking for a new home.

Many wrestling legends attended the annual Cauliflower Alley Club event last week in Las Vegas, NV including Steve Austin, Jim Ross, Paul Bearer, and Terry Funk. Local wrestling personalities that attended the event were Michael Barry, Matt Riviera, Tom Simon, and Mark Wilson.

The highlight of the Cauliflower Alley Club were speeches by Ricky Steamboat, Jim Ross, and Steve Austin. Steamboat and Austin largely gave seminars in working in the ring and striving to be the best. Both spoke of how they got started in wrestling as well as their 1994 feud in WCW. Both Austin and Terry Funk expressed interest in going to FCW and teaching the wrestlers there, which is Steamboat's current job. Jim Ross gave a seminar for independent wrestlers regarding what to work on and what WWE is looking for. Nigel McGuinness was filming stuff for his documentary. Dick Beyer was in a walker and Harley Race, who was treated like royalty by the guys like Austin, Steamboat and Sgt. Slaughter (who noted Race was the one who gave him his gimmick), was having trouble getting around. Slaughter was very happy to see him saying that last year, when Slaughter was the main honoree, he thought the one thing missing was Race being there.

IHWE held its annual Texas Wrestling Hall of Fame ceremony this past weekend in Fort Worth. They honored Jazz, who got her start in the area, Kamala, who accepted via phone call, The Dallas Sportatorium, accepted by former business manager of the building David Hightower, as well as Krusher Kong, Spoiler 2000, and Prince Al Farat. Next year they will honor Killer Karl Kox, who's family attended this year's ceremony as well.

Oklafan congratulates Kraig Keesaman on the birth of his son Kaleb on April 16th. He was 8 pounds 1 ounce and 21 inches long.

Brian Breaker suffered a concussion over the weekend but is not expected to miss any action. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.
