Tension Rises In Sooner World Class Wrestling

The best possible candidate for fued of the year has finally reached its boiling point. August 27th Drake Gallows and Kevin James Sanchez faced off for the vacant All-American Championship. Drake Gallows' victory was followed by a vicious beat down at the hands of the Clockwork Clique. Not only did Bobby Star and Sam Stackhouse leave Drake unconscious, but they also added insult to injury by cutting his hair.

September 3rd: Drake issued the challenge to Bobby Star. For the first time Drake was set to stand corner to corner with the Clockwork Clique. That didn?t happen. As Sam and Bobby were busy berating the audience, Drake ascended the top rope and delivered a Diving Cross Body. In the closing moments of the match Bobby Star delivered the Star Destroyer expecting a 1..2..3. Bobby began to have a temper tantrum when Drake kicked out at 2. With Drake laid out in the center of the ring. Bobby called for Sam to throw two chairs in the ring. When the two attempted to simultaneously crack Drake in the head, Gallows ducked and the two chairs collided. The shockwave forced the two to drop their chairs in pain. Drake then delivered a shot to each Clique member and he accepted the DQ with no regrets.

Next it was the biggest show of the year: Thirst for Gold. Drake was set to face Bobby yet again. It seemed as though neither man could gain an advantage. Not until some outside interference by Sam Stackhouse. Bobby Star walked out of his element when he climbed to the top rope. Before he could deliver anything Drake followed him to the top and brought Bobby back down with a side effect. As Drake draped his arm over Bobby, Sam Stackhouse pulled referee Jay Hollywood out of the ring and splashed him into the corner post. The rest of the Clockwork Clique, Chris Chaos and Crossfire Morrison, then rushed the ring. In a four on one beat down, Drake was on the receiving end of every member's finishing move followed by a Four Post Massacre. With the ring cleared the referee was then thrown back in the ring and forced to count the 1..2..3. Winner and New Champion Bobby Star.

Later that night it was The nine man ladder match with every championship on the line. The four members set their sights on Drake as soon as the bell rang. With the help of a chair Drake was able to even the odds and work his way to the top rope and unhook a briefcase. Bobby rose to Drake's level by climbing on Sam?s shoulders and snatched the case from Drake in mid air. Drake then jumped to Bobby and grabbed the case bringing all three competitors to the mat. With both men?s hands on the case in a tug of war acting commissioner L. J. McDaniels pulled the case away from both men and forced the two to share the All-American Championship inside.

November 5th: Drake was set to face off with Sam Stackhouse, as Sam?s music played he was nowhere to be found. With Drake alone in the ring the ten count began. At the count of ten right before referee Hillbilly Hester could announce Drake the victor Tyson Jaymes' music played. Drake seemed happy to have an opponent willing to step up in Sam?s absence. After a handshake the match began with a collar and elbow tie up, followed by a clothesline and a school boy. Your winner: Drake Gallows. Following Drake's match Bobby Star was set to face Les Mayne. It seemed as this match was over before it began. Before a clear winner could be decided Kareem Sadat and Maniac Mike rushed the ring and cleaned house. The match was deemed a no contest.

Before Bobby?s match began and right after Drake's match ended, Gallows issued the challenge. Drake aqsked the audience ?Who out here knows Bobby Star?? The crowd erupted with boos. ?Then you know Bobby almost sent me to the hospital. You also know that Bobby cut my hair. And you also know I?ve yet to beat Bobby Star.? As Bobby hit the ring Drake pointed his finger right between Star's eyes and pulled the trigger. ?You and I Bobby, once and for all, to unify these belts, November 20th, in your own match, A Clockwork Orange House of Fun Match!?
