Hope everyone had a great weekend. Thanks for stopping by and without further adieu, away we go......

OK, so Charlie Sheen got future endeavored. Surprised? Me, neither. Chuck needs help and is in deep denial. I've seen it w/ wrestlers more times than I like to remember. What's next for Sheen. Rehab or a 'shoot' interview?

An emailer asked me if I would ever do a 'shoot' interview? I've been approached several times but the money, motivation, and everything else about them doesn't work for me at this stage of my life. Why sell my stories for a ham and egger payday when I can write my own book and tell the story as I see fit and not how someone else wants to edit and market it?

The WWE does not own the UWF/Watts library but have tried to buy it on multiple occasions. I hope WWE does obtain it some day but I'm WAY out of that loop. If you want to own a piece of wrestling history you can visit the UWF website, which is ran by Bill Watts' ex-wife and his kids @ http://www.universalwrestling.com. They do a nice job in packaging the library which has some of the best episodic, weekly, one hour TV shows ever produced in the pro wrestling genre. Yes...I'm biased but I'm not alone in that opinion.

Huge Raw tonight on USA live from Dallas which should see the American Airline Center near capacity. Stone Cold Steve Austin makes his return and I know that the Texas Rattlesnake is excited about Tough Enough and whatever else might be on his mind for tonight's live Raw. I'd love to hear what Austin has to say regarding the John Cena/Rock/Miz issue among other matters leading into WM27.

Austin on a live mic in Texas is an adventure in itself. @steveaustinBSR will undoubtedly raise some hell tonight and the ovation he receives from his home state will be Texas sized. I'll be watching on TV live and then reviewing the show on DVR.

I'm very anxious to see who Michael Cole picks to be his special referee for WM27. I assume Cole will want some one from his own, unique 'political affiliation' for the all important role for Cole's WM27 bout with the King. For those that think Cole would select me need to put down the pipe and refrain from drinking the bong water. I'm the LAST guy Cole wants to see back on TV in any form. Trust me.

Not sure if the WWE is looking to develop a a training facility in the UK as an emailer asked. It's not a bad idea if it can be efficiently operated as I know that WWE covets signing the best independent wrestlers from that region.

A Tweet to @JRsBBQ asked about Lance Storm's Wrestling Academy in Calgary and I could not recommend an individual higher than 'Citizen Storm.' Lance not only has great teaching skills inside the ring but he has immense character and integrity which isn't in an overabundance in the pro wrestling training world.

I also would endorse Harley Race's school in Eldon, Missouri and Danny Davis OVW school in Louisville, Kentucky off the top of my head. I also hear that the 3D/Dudley's wrestling school near Orlando is a good one, too.

Speaking of Twitter, thanks to all that follow us as we are now over 100,000 strong and growing. That's a helluva accomplishment for an old Okie who's no longer on weekly TV. Thanks, again, to all. I sure appreciate everyone's support and love the interaction.

A Twitter follower asked me about former WWE grappler Mike Knox. I always liked Knox and felt like he had 'something.' I'm not sure why he was released. I haven't heard any thing about Mike in a long while but hope that he's healthy and happy. Nice guy with solid athleticism which is a commodity for such a big guy.

Lots of old school wrestling fans are squealing like a pig stuck under a gate w/ the announcement that Jersey Shore's Snooki will be the guest host of an upcoming Monday Night Raw. Obviously, WWE is simply trying to get her appearance noticed in outside media outlets which is timely with WM27 getting closer. It's a PR move folks so I wouldn't make any more of it than that. Snooki's time on MNR likely will be of the 'cup of coffee' variety but will also get TMZ-like exposure that reaches non wrestling fans.

The new season of NXT starts this week. I hear that some changes will be made for the presentation that is on http://www.wwe.com on Tuesday nights. I liked the last 'class' of NXT rookies especially Johnny Curtis and Brodus Clay. Clay has the size and look of a 'killer villain' and he's impressed me, as have others, in FCW.

It really comes down to how the young talents are integrated into the primary rosters as today's audience isn't too patient or forgiving when it comes to individuals making a positive first or second impression. Presentation is a vital key to the game.

I used my computer in Mexico City for a few hours while I was there when WWE signed Sin Cara a week or so ago and AT&T wanted to charge me $12,000 for a few hours of being on line. "Oh, hell no." That, folks, is insanity and we got it worked out. I could have used the hotel's wireless for FREE or at most for a small fee but I had my air-card and simply used it as usual and was never told of the insane charges that I would incur. Twelve Grand! You can't be serious!!

Miz, the reigning WWE Champion, @mikethemiz on Twitter, must feel like brown shoes at a formal wedding ala a 3rd wheel with all the @TheRock and John Cena talk running rampant. Miz is the WWE Champion and needs to do something to make a lasting impression on both Cena and @TheRock to quell the tide, so to speak, going into Atlanta.

Getting some great response on my simple, hot dog idea of grilling the dogs and then using our Main Event Mustard, Chipotle Ketchup and sweet pickle relish on them. I promise that you won't be disappointed. Same goes if you use this combo on a grilled burger.

Still amazed that apparently Jerry Seinfeld is 'hooked' (his words not ours) on JR's Beef Jerky. As I mentioned, a nice guy who follows us here on this site and on Twitter tipped us off on this matter as he saw the brilliant Seinfeld holding a bag of our jerky recently after a show in California. Jerry reportedly told the fan that he loved the Jerky. That's pure 'GOLD' Jerry. 'GOLD.'

Remember that http://www.wweshop.com ships outside the USA but we do NOT and are not planning on doing so any time soon. We're getting more and more feedback from those that live outside the USA about buying our products from http://www.wweshop.com and it's all been positive. Thanks for the support as WWE has become a significant customer of this site.

Grilling tip.....take your bulk, raw burger meat preferably an 80/20 blend, or less fat if you choose, add ground black pepper and seasoned salt to taste, a little garlic powder, our Chipotle Ketchup and the JR's BBQ sauce of choice and mix it all together. Then put the mixture in your fridge over night in a covered dish. The next day make your patties and grill or broil away. The 'marinating' process will make a huge difference in the taste of the burgers. If you can't marinate it overnight, do it for a few hours if you can. Also remember than when you take the burgers off the grill to let them 'rest' for 5 minutes of so. That's another simple tip to make the taste get to that main event level.

If you really want to take the burgers 'downtown' chop up a sweet, purple onion and add the onion to your burger mixture then make your patties and you will be creating the world famous 'onion burger.' Damn...I'm getting hungry.

I wrote an article this week on the new THQ, WWE All Stars video game that will be available on March 29. The King and I will join several other WWE folks at Axxess at WM27 on Friday night in Atlanta of WM27 week and I hear that Jerry and I will be battling it out on the game.

Jerry and I will also be together at Axxess on Saturday morning from 10-noon at the WWE Hall of Fame booth. If you are coming from out of the country or not for that matter remember that our products will be on sale at the main merchandise stand at Axxess. Buy your JR's products there and save on shipping completely.

Enjoy Raw tonight as I will be Tweeting about it throughout the broadcast as will @joeystyles as he usually does on Monday and Tuesday night while at WWE TV events.

BTW Joey is the innovator of the dipping JR's Beef Jerky in our Main Event Mustard craze that taking the world by storm....well ALMOST by storm. It is a healthy snack one has to admit.

Be well and always count your blessings. Thanks for stopping by and thanks even more for including us in your plans for Grilling Season and your Wrestlemania tailgate parties.

Boomer Sooner!
