Former OSU wrestler Jack Brisco dies

Jack Brisco, a 1965 NCAA wrestling champion at Oklahoma State, died Monday at age 68 from heart complications.
A native of Blackwell, Brisco was the Big Eight champion at 191 pounds in 1964 and 1965 and a two-time NCAA finalist. As a Cowboy, Brisco won 95 percent of his bouts and finished with a career record of 27-1-1. He was a standout on OSU's 1964 national championship team.
Brisco went on to participate in professional wrestling, including a two-year run in what is now known as World Wrestling Entertainment. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2008.
Brisco is survived by his wife, a son and two daughters. Funeral services have not been finalized.
