MWA Press Release

This is Dick Stubig, filling in for J.W. McGillicutty, while he is away on Spring Break. He asked me to announce that on April 3, 2009, at the Spavinaw School Gym in Spavinaw, OK, the Maximum Wrestling Alliance will have its next show. At this show, the MWA will crown their first tag-team champions. This is not a tournament, but it has been referred to as the tag-team trifecta. This is how it will work: there will be three opening tag-team matches. The winning teams from each match will then advance to a second match, which will be a triple-threat tag-team match. The winning team from the triple-threat tag-team match will be the first MWA tag-team champions. The six teams, as of press time, will be:

(Ty Thunder & Crucifier)
