IZW has long been a staple in the Oklahoma Indy Wrestling scene, with Grade A shows at many different venues over the years that have drawn anywhere from 500 fans to 1300+ fans. These shows have seen the likes of Dusty Rhodes, Jerry ?The King? Lawler, Terry Funk, and Big Van Vader in wrestling action just to name a few. But the one thing that has always stayed the same is IZW?s drive to continue being better than before and June 14th, 2008 will be no different.
Live from the Impact Arena located at 5325 S. Penn in Oklahoma City on June 14th, IZW will present ?Evolution?, a fitting name for a show that is sure to bring about many changes in the company. It has been signed and sealed and now we are here to announce that the one and only Al Snow will be there live and in action inside the squared circle. We here on the staff are not sure who he will face yet, but we are sure the former WWE Superstar will want to take on the very best IZW can offer so keep checking back to find out who his opponent will be.
We have also been informed that all of the IZW Championships will be on the line in never before seen type matches in IZW. Over the coming weeks each of these matches will be announced and talked about in more detail. We can also be sure that the saga involving Gary Tool & Bernie Donderwitz concerning Impact, Inc. will surely come to a head at this event as well.
Also, it has been announced that this event will be a special event dedicated to Fathers and their day. To honor them each father attending with their children will be given one raffle ticket for free, and more raffle tickets will be available. Raffle, for what you ask, well were going to tell you.
Raffle Prize Drawing
First prize will be a 32? Flat Panel HDTV, a framed IZW T-Shirt autographed by all the IZW stars including Al Snow, and (1) Pair of tickets for the WWE Raw Show on June 30th in Oklahoma City at the Ford Center.
Second prize will be a framed IZW T-Shirt autographed by all the IZW Stars including Al Snow and (1) Pair of tickets for the WWE Raw Show on June 30th in Oklahoma City at the Ford Center.
Third Prize will be a framed IZW T-Shirt autographed by all the IZW Stars including Al Snow and (1) Pair of tickets to any IZW show on any weekend.
With some of the best talent in Oklahoma with the likes of IZW Heavyweight Champion Angel Williams, IZW Impact Division Champion Kenny Campbell, IZW Tag Team Champions Nathan Sensation & Striker, ?The Juggernaut? John O'Malley, ?Mr. Saturday Night? Michael Barry, Dustin Heritage, Jermaine Johnson, ?The Original Sensation?
