Brandon Bishop Returns To Where It All Started

Brandon Bishop Returns To Where It All Started

Posted: Apr 12th 2008 By: CMBurnham

The infamous Brandon Bishop started his wrestling career in Lawton, Oklahoma with his Asylum Championship Wrestling outfit at The Diamondback Asylum Club back in 2001. 7 years later Bishop will be returning to the very territory he claims to have re-created.

These days it's Great Plains Championship wrestling that is running in Comanche County, not his ACW, but it might look a lot like the old ACW roster when he arrives on April 26th. Former ACW wrestlers such as Se7en, Li'l Joe, Jeff Knight, Aaron Neil and Carnage will be there waiting for him.

The last time Oklahoma wrestling fans got to see Bishop was in April 2007 with IZW in Oklahoma City, since then Bishop has focaused his attention on ACW which now runs shows in Colorado Springs, Colorado where Bishop now lives.

Bishop has stated on his MySpace blog recently that he feels as though as come full circle in wrestling, and he's excited to be back were it all started for him.

The only question is, which Bishop will show up? The Bishop that has caused controversy wherever he has gone, or The Bishop that is loved by fans? Bishop has been called a cancer to some federations, and a superstar to others, We'll all have to wait for the GPCW show on April 26th in Cache, Oklahoma to find out.
