Bad Blood Boils Over Between Bad Boy and Outlaw

Ever since Bad Boy and Outlaw lost the MSWA Mid-South Tag Team titles to the South Side Soul Assassins, the former partners have become heated enemies who seemingly know no boundaries in their hatred towards each other. While Bad Boy has been content to play the mind games against the aging veteran, Outlaw has allowed his emotions to rule, bragging to everyone that he is the greatest independent wrestler on the Oklahoma scene today. He appears to have an issue with anyone he comes into contact with, including retired wrestlers and wrestling proteges such as Max McGuirk. But his main issue is with Outlaw and it seems to be turning into an issue that MSWA won't be able to contain.

Bad Boy had finally managed to gain a 1-on-1 match against Outlaw and as a reward, Outlaw's MSWA Oklahoma Title would be put on the line in the match. Neither man seemed terribly concerned about the title, simply wanting to tear into each other and cause permanent injury. As the match wore on, the fatigue factor didn't seem to set in, as adreniline and plain hatred kept the two combatants at each others' throats. But, with his frustration mounting due to his inability to put Bad Boy away, Outlaw resorted to a cheap tactic and intentionally clotheslined referee Ringmaster Randy, knocking him out. This brought out Rob Justice to continue the match, which was not the outcome that Outlaw was searching for. To try and put things more in his favour, he knocked Justice's glasses off and, while Justice was searching for his glasses to restore his vision, Outlaw brought out his loaded glove, which he had managed to conceal before the match began. Bad Boy was ready for this tactic and countered the glove, leading to a bit of a struggle for the illegal object. Then, in the heat of the moment, an accidental elbow shot from Bad Boy to Rob Justice was all the referee could take. He called for the bell and declared the match a Double DQ. This certainly didn't settle well with the men and they continued to fight each other until the entire locker room emptied to pull them apart.

With order restored, the show continued. But just as MSWA commissioner Halo was about to conduct his half-time interview, Outlaw came storming to the ring, demanding that Bad Boy come out and face him again. He then had the audacity to complain to Halo that Bad Boy had tried to use the loaded glove during the match. This tactic didn't work as Halo quickly pointed out that it was Outlaw who brought the glove to the match to begin with. Outlaw couldn't take any more and went on a tirade, saying the sun was setting on Bad Boy's career. He said he carried their tag team and called Bad Boy fat, lazy and out of shape. All these insults finally brought Bad Boy to the ring and the two enemies stood chest to chest briefly before shoving Halo out of the way and again locking up with each other, prompting the locker room to have to empty again. This time, Halo ordered that Outlaw be removed from the building. He probably would have done the same for Bad Boy, except that Bad Boy owned the company.

After the dust had once again settled, Halo looked shooken up and admitted to the crowd that he was't sure how he was going to handle this situation. The crowd had an idea, though, as they chanted "No DQ! No DQ!", indicating what they wanted to see happen. Halo did go on to promise those in attendance that he would have a decision before their next show. And true to his word, ring announcer Jesse Storm told the fans shortly after intermission was over that Halo had made a decision and would announce it at the next show on February 17.

With that in mind, Oklafan posted a poll, asking what their readers thought Halo's decision might be. While we are not privy to that decision, we think that the choices presented in the poll reflect some logical steps that Halo could take to bring this blood feud to an end. Whatever decision Halo makes, it certainly seems that neither man will ever be the same once this conflict is brought to an end.
