Jake Roberts completes trade with Don Callis, aligns with new faction on AEW Dynamite

Jake Roberts has some new running mates in AEW and it’s not who anyone would have expected as he is now part of LFI along with Rush, The Beast Mortos and Dralistico.

Earlier on the Title Tuesday edition of Dynamite, Roberts completed a deal with Don Callis that put Lance Archer in the Don Callis Family. Renee Paquette asked Roberts what he got in the deal and he asked her if she liked surprises.

Following Hologram’s win over Komander, Roberts came out on the stage and Rush, Mortos and Dralistico ran in and attacked both men. Afterward, they raised fists and pointed to Roberts who then followed suit.

Rush had joined the Callis Family earlier this year, but it had appeared that was quietly dropped in recent weeks.

After re-signing with AEW in March, Roberts hasn’t been on TV in quite some time. It’s unclear what this means for The Righteous who were also part of Roberts’ faction over the last year.

Archer joins Konosuke Takeshita, Powerhouse Hobbs and Kyle Fletcher in the Callis clan.
