Former WWE Star MVP Promises To "Tell All" About His Release

Former WWE Star MVP Promises To "Tell All" About His Release

Posted: Aug 8th 2024 By: Matthew Wilkinson - TheSportster.com

MVP hasn't held back his thoughts about WWE lately on social media, but it appears more is coming as he's set to "tell all" about his release and time with the company.

MVP Will Pull Back The Curtain On His WWE Run

Podcasts are the popular trend in the wrestling world at the moment, with countless wrestlers having one. However, few people are as opinionated as MVP, so the possibility of him launching his own podcast is exciting to people, especially if he's set to lift the lid on the end of his WWE run.

That is something he teased in a reply on Instagram when a fan asked him what podcast the "tell all" would be on. MVP responded by saying, "MY podcast. MVP's VIP Lounge podcast." It's unknown when that will be launched, but MVP appears to be focused on making it happen soon.

In recent weeks, he's taken to social media to blast Triple H, letting the world know he had the chance to bring back The Hurt Business but opted not to. There were also recent reports claiming MVP called Triple H a "coward and a liar," although it should be noted that The Sportster cannot find that comment, so advise caution as that may be fabricated.

Something that wasn't fabricated is MVP's previous comment about WWE's COO, in which he responded to a comment that claimed the Triple H era is emasculating black men by saying, "You see it."

What Is Next For MVP?

MVP's release didn't come as a huge surprise to fans, considering his lack of use on television in recent years. However, after not wrestling since July 2022, many people presumed he'd retired from in-ring competition. That's not the case.

MVP has revealed he will be stepping back into the ring. He appeared at Josh Barnett's Bloodsport XI to confirm his imminent WWE departure and his desire to compete at a future Bloodsport event. While no match has yet been announced, this appears to be a likely next destination for the former United States Champion.

There have also been rumors that AEW could recreate The Hurt Business. Bobby Lashley's run in WWE is also coming to an end, and with Shelton Benjamin already a free agent, Tony Khan has an opportunity to tap into the popular faction.
