Bobby Lashley vs. Carlito set for next week's WWE SmackDown

A clash of two veteran stars has been announced for the Friday, November 10 WWE SmackDown.

It was revealed during this week's episode that Bobby Lashley will face the LWO's Carlito on next Friday's SmackDown as the issues between the LWO and Lashley & The Street Profits continue to unfold.

Managed by Lashley, Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins of The Street Profits defeated Carlito & Santos Escobar of the LWO on last week's SmackDown. Rey Mysterio & Escobar defeated The Street Profits on the September 22 episode, while The Street Profits defeated LWO's Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde on the September 15 SmackDown.

In another development in the story, B-Fab interrupted a backstage segment on this week's show to discuss a matter with Lashley, teasing an alignment between the two.

For his part, Mysterio will defend the United States Championship against Logan Paul on Saturday's Crown Jewel pay-per-view.

The Lashley vs. Carlito bout is the only item currently announced for next week's SmackDown in Columbus, Ohio.
