Tulsa / Turley Based Pro Wrestling Ministry “Wrestle Against Hunger” Set To Relaunch This February 2021

Tulsa, Oklahoma, January 15. 2021 – WRESTLE AGAINST HUNGER, a local professional wrestling organization that began in 2020 has had to deal with all the same problems most local businesses had in 2020. With public gatherings halted, they had to reexamine how to best put on live events while being safe. WRESTLE AGAINST HUNGER, or WAH for short, is part of the Living Hope Fellowship (based in Turley / North Tulsa area) food ministry. This local church is on a mission to feed those struggling right now in their community. They do regular food distributions. Their next non-perishable drive food distribution for Turley and Sperry residents is on January 23rd from 11:30am to 1:30pm at 1821 E 66th Street N (Turley). Pastors Brent and Shelly Crawford are always looking for new ways to make the community aware of this food distribution. Pastor Brent combined his love of helping the community with his love of Pro Wrestling to create a unique experience. Once a month they will offer a family friendly free pro wrestling show. WAH seeks to provide hope and inspiration to those that need it while having a little bit of fun. Come for the food distribution in the morning, then come back for the body slams that night! After a temporary shutdown to keep people safe during the pandemic, WAH returns with their first show of the year on February 27, 2021 at 7 PM at the Living Hope Fellowship’s Hope Center Gymnasium. The seating will be spaced out and limited. Temperature checks will be performed at the door. Masks are required. The admission is free, but if you are able to donate to the ministry, it is encouraged to help keep these events going.
