NEWS
Dexter Hardaway and Malico are shooting a "cinematic match" in Texas this weekend. It should air on the internet in the next few weeks.

Matt Hardy said a "cinematic match" with Sammy Guevara was planned but things were changed. He said “In all actuality, when we first started doing all that, the original plan, I think, was to have the cinematic match with Sammy. I challenged Jericho, but the idea was for it to get pushed off to Sammy. Things went differently when North Carolina and other states went into lockdown. There was this six-week period where AEW literally survived on a day or two of shooting footage, which was pretty amazing. They did an incredible job. Kudos to the crew. We had to change course in many ways. From the very beginning, I was going to end up having a feud with Sammy, and Jericho was my bridge to get to that. As far as the Hardy Compound fight with Sammy, that may happen one day. We’ll see.”

On an episode of "WCW Monday Nitro" that took place March 29, 1999 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Bret Hart goaded Goldberg into giving him a spear. After delivering the spear, Goldberg was unconscious. Bret then revealed he had a steel plate under the Toronto Maple Leafs jersey he was wearing. A new action figure set of this moment is now available to order on WrestlingFigures.com for $47.99. To order, click here. To see the segment from that episode of Nitro, click here.

WWE posted a clip of Stone Cold Steve Austin talking to Jerry Lawler about his favorite Stone Cold moment. You can view it by clicking here.

Ric Flair has confirmed that his daughter Charlotte could be out of action for a year as she heals from corrective surgery on her breast implants and her injured rotator cuffs.

WWE’s YouTube channel uploaded A. J. Styles vs. Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship from Clash of Champions 2017.

After The Rock revealed that he and his whole family were infected with the COVID-19 virus, A. J. Styles also announced that he tested positive last month. During a live Twitch stream, Styles said he feels for the people who have to deal with the coronavirus and he's lucky he didn't have too many problems with it. "I was one of the lucky ones, with that being said. I had a headache, and I never had a fever. Maybe a couple of boogers, that was about it," Styles said. Styles lost the Intercontinental title to Jeff Hardy after he returned from his quarantine period.

John Powell of SLAM! Wrestling wrote a story about The Rock, A. J. Styles, and Kevin Nash and their families all testing positive for COVID-19 which you can read by clicking here.
