ACH Apologizes For Social Media Outbursts: “I’m Ashamed Of Myself”

Posted: May 4th 2020 By: Alex Santa Maria

The current state of the world has given lots of folks time to reflect on their recent past. Sitting at home and torn out of your normal schedule, certain important things may come into focus. That could be why ACH, known in WWE as Jordan Myles, has now apologized and taken full responsibility for his social media blitzkrieg last year. In a talk with the Submission Squad podcast, he was in-depth and honest about the effects of the entire ordeal.

I had a meltdown in front of the entire world. I broke down in front of the entire world. I said so much stuff and if I was to go back and take it all back…it really sticks to me. I went from working my dream job, providing for myself. I was finally at a space in my life that I worked for to where I was starting to feel comfortable. I’ve sacrificed a lot of pro wrestling, and I don’t expect anything back, but I made a lot of sacrifices. I’m ashamed of myself. I’m embarrassed. This is something that I’ll never be able to shake.

During the initial event, many pointed to ACH’s mental health as a possible reason for the breakdown, but he doesn’t want to have an easy scapegoat. However, he does say that the entire situation has drained him of his passion for the wrestling industry. “Once it got taken away, to the point where I don’t even want to watch wrestling, I wake up like, ‘what is my life’s purpose?’ Without my passion, what do I do? It’s going to be a stain on my career forever.”
