Eight-man tag team match set for WWE Raw

A new eight-man tag team match has been added to Monday’s Raw.

Seth Rollins, Murphy, and AOP will face Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe, and The Viking Raiders. This will mark Samoa Joe’s return to the ring after being gone for a couple of weeks due to a concussion suffered during a match on Raw.

The rivalry between the eight has gone back for the last several weeks. Rollins and Murphy defeated the Viking Raiders back on January 20 to win the Raw Tag Team titles. In a six-man tag team match last week, Murphy and AOP were able to defeat Kevin Owens and The Viking Raiders in an elimination match after Rezar pinned Owens.

In the main event of this past Monday's Raw, Seth Rollins had AOP and Murphy come to the ring to help him defeat Ricochet and Bobby Lashley in a triple threat match where the winner would face Brock Lesnar at Super ShowDown. Owens and Erik of the Viking Raiders came to ringside, however, and evened the odds.

Raw next week will take place at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.
