NEWS
Bushwhacker Luke noted that he was billed to be at a Walmart in Ozark, AR on 5/3 and said he wouldn't be there and knew nothing of it. Walmart then took down the notice. Apparently a supposed agent for Luke tried to scam the Walmart out of a deposit.

Regarding the note on Bushwhacker Luke Williams, the situation is actually even stranger than it sounds. Dan Mirade booked Luke for two autograph sessions. Williams was told about the dates but didn't know one of the dates was for a Walmart. He then got asked on social media about him appearing at a Walmart. So he thought they were false advertising him since he knew he had a booking that day. He then told the local media he was being false advertised. But in fact, he wasn't being false advertised. So it's all been settled except for one of the TV news stations still has the story up about him being false advertised and won't pull it because they had an interview with him saying it. So Luke shot an interview explaining that he, in fact, was be in Ozark, AR on 5/3 and Fort Smith, AR on 5/4.

Joey Ryan announced yesterday that he is having a "Farewell to the Indies" tour: I guess the word is out now. Am I signing somewhere? Have I already signed elsewhere? One thing is certain; my time on the indies is coming to an end so pick up this 'Farewell' tour shirt for a limited time only! Get em before I’m gone!”

WWE Network News reported that a one-hour Pro Wrestling USA video will be Thursday’s addition to the WWE Network’s Hidden Gems section. Here’s the description for it: “Ric Flair battles Sgt. Slaughter while The Fabulous Freebirds face The Road Warriors and Paul Ellering from Pro Wrestling USA.

Joey Ryan has been announced for World Series Wrestling in Australia for their June tour.

The Von Erichs episode of Dark Side of the Ring averaged 234,000 viewers on Viceland on Wednesday night, which was again a high point for the series. The rating in the 18-49 demo was a 0.08.
