9-6 TNA iMPACT
Jeremy Borash was backstage interviewing TNA World Tag Team Champions Sting & TNA World X Division & World Champion Kurt Angle with Karen Angle. Sting said he earned the World Tag Team Title. He knows he can't trust the Angles, but then proposes the idea that maybe Kurt can't trust him. He says they can use that distrust to their advantage or they can let it consume them. Karen Angle stepped up to Sting's face and demanded to know how he could talk to her husband that way. Sting told Kurt that during tonight's match against Jay Lethal & Abyss, Karen would be staying in the back. Karen went off on Sting and said that he might talk to her like that, but he would not talk to her husband like that. Kurt shut her up by saying that Sting was his partner and he could talk to her however he wanted to.
A. J. Styles interfered in the match between Sammoa Joe and Raven, hitting Joe with a Kendo stick. Later, A. J. held Joe so that Raven could apply the Snot Rag, but Joe ducked and A. J. got the Rag in his face. After Joe made Raven tap out, A. J. & Tomko attacked Joe, who held them off until Christian Cage entered the ring with a steel chair. The "Christian Coalition" handcuffed Joe to the ring and triple-teamed him until the Samoan firedancers, who performed as Joe was entering the ring area, came down to help. Tomko & A. J. threw all the firedancers out except the leader, who was taken down and given a Con-Chair-To by Cage while Joe watched helplessly.
Jay Lethal & Abyss def. TNA World Tag Team Champions Sting & TNA World X Division & World Champion Kurt Angle.
