8-20 WWE RAW

Mickie James and WWE World Women's Champion Candace Michelle def. Beth Phoenix & Melina

Cody Rhodes def. Shelton Benjamin (w/ Charlie Haas). After the match, Haas & Benjamin double-teamed Rhodes.

King Booker approached Jim Ross after being "crowned" by a fake Triple H. Booker said that last week, Ross had some choice words for him and called him reprehensible. Booker said all would be forgiven if Ross kissed Booker's ring. Ross refused. Booker said he wasn't asking, he was telling. Ros still refused. Queen Sharmell forced Ross' face into Booker's ring, making it look like he had kissed the ring. The royal pair then left happy.

8-23-07 TNA iMPACT

A pre-recorded segment was shown with Christian Cage at home joined by A. J. Styles and Tomko. Cage was supposedly suffering from a "massive head wound" He said he didn't think he would be at the show this week. He's afraid that his career might be over. He wasn't sure how he was going to tell his wife. She's got twins on the way and is currently out "shoveling the driveway.". A. J. reminded Cage that he lived in Florida. Cage said "Never mind.". He just wanted A. J. and Tomko to make him proud. A. J. promised revenge and left. Tomko questioned Cage's claim about twins on the way out, but promised to make Cage proud.

TNA World X Division Champion, World Tag Team Champion and World Champion Kurt Angle was in Jim Cornette's office with his wife Karen. Cornette told Matt Morgan to go guard the doorway outside. Angle protested Cornette putting Karen up as a reward if the Steiner Brothers won their handicap match against him. Cornette said Karen is about as phony as a Get Well card from an undertaker. Karen said she was a lady and Cornette wouldn't know about ladies because he's never been with one. Kurt calmed down his wife. He said he's in a handicap match tonight agains the Steiners and should have a tag team partner. Cornette said Angle will have a partner for the No Surrender PPV to defend the tag team titles with. His partner will be determined by a lottery match next week. He said they advertised a Handicap Match this week and he was going to deliver that. He told Angle to get his wife ready and Karen went nuts again, trying to climb over the desk to get to Cornette.

A. J. Styles & Tomko came up to Jeremy Borash backstage and asked where Samoa Joe was. Borash said he didn't know and A. J. & Tomko left in search.

A. J. Styles & Tomko were standing outside Samoa Joe's dressing room. A. J. aksed if Tomko was going in there. Tomko replied sarcastically that he was just going to wait there until it opened for him. Tomko then decided to go in, but the door opened and Samoa Joe grabbed Tomko and pulled him in. A. J. started to panic, then the door opened again and Joe stared at A. J. A, J. asked Joe if Tomko was in there. Joe charged after A. J. and both of them ran to the ring area. There was a brief fight between the 2 in the ring with Joe dominating. Then Christian Cage appeared out of nowhere, hit Joe with a chair and delivered a con-chair-to to Joe.

TNA World X Division, World Tag Team & World Champion Kurt Angle (w/ Karen Angle) def. Scott & Rick Steiner in a Handicap Match when Team 3-D delivered a 3-D to Rick. After the match, Rick was given another 3-D, this time through a table.

8-24 WWE Smackdown

Mae Young won a Bikini Contest over Torrie Wilson, Michelle McCool, Krystal & Victoria. She threatened to take off her swimsuit before several of the other Divas stopped her.
