The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported how WWE had plans for Alberto Del Rio to enter 2016 without Zeb Colter. The two split up on last night?s "Monday Night RAW" as Del Rio turned on Zeb and told him he doesn?t need him any longer. The feeling is that the partnership has run its course. No word yet on if they have anything planned for Colter.

The latest episode of WWE?s "Five Things" looks at Sting facts ? he?s appeared on the most WCW pay-per-views ? 99; he faced Ric Flair on the first and last WCW Nitro episodes; he pulled double duty three night ? Starrcade 89, Starrcade 92, and Spring Stampede 2000; he teamed with The Ultimate Warrior as The Blade Runners before WCW; and the only time he lost a match without any suspicious circumstances was the loss to Seth Rollins at WWE Night of Champions.

SEScoops.com is reporting that Mick Foley?s son Dewey will start working with WWE after the Christmas holidays on the creative team. The 23 year old had been writing very detailed creative storylines on his personal blog which apparently caught the eye of people at WWE Headquarters. His blog at CreativeWWE.WordPress.com has now been set to private and cannot be accessed although the magic of Google will let you bring up cached copies of earlier entries. This will make for an interesting scenario as Mick has been very critical of the WWE creative team over the past few weeks and last week he even said that he might stop watching WWE because of the way things are transpiring on television. Dewey?s more popular sister, Noelle, is also rumored to be getting a WWE job down the line.

Mick Foley has been very critical WWE?s creative direction in recent weeks, publicly grappling with the notion of completely giving up on watching the product. What Foley has failed to mention is that his son Dewey has secured a job with WWE?s writing staff. According to a source close to the situation, Dewey, 23, will begin working with WWE?s creative team shortly after the holidays. He had been running a blog for WWE creative writing samples, which is now set to private. Suddenly, Mick Foley?s public damnation of WWE creative suddenly takes on an entirely different perspective. It?s also worth noting that Foley?s daughter Noelle could also be working for WWE in the not so distant future, as there is talk of her becoming a backstage interviewer. During a recent interview with Justin Labar of "Chair Shot Reality", Noelle noted that she has done some training in the ring but is focusing on other things. Dewey's won?t be a full-time position and the job will depend on how he impresses WWE officials. It was recently noted "Wrestling Observer Radio" that Dewey may be with the company from just January through "WrestleMania 32" season, unless he really does well. It was also noted that while Dewey obviously won?t have a lot of real creative power, one of his tasks will be to take the scripts to WWE talents and go over what they have to do that night. Foley will work from home and some WWE events. He obviously won?t have a lot of real creative power at first, this is a way into the company and if he does well, the first step to becoming an actual writer.

Mick Foley did a Facebook post talking about his son being hired by WWE and said that his writings this past week had nothing to do with it. A key factor is that he did his son no favors with the writing team by writing that.

Mick Foley apparently sold a lot of autographed Mr. Sockos during his ?#SockoTuesday? promotion as he?s donating $4,000 to wrestlers who need medical or financial assistance. Foley posted on Twitter "We are donating $4,000 from #SockTuesday to wrestlers in medical or financial need. Thanks for making a difference."

As it pertains to Sasha Banks, Foley?s message to Vince McMahon was ?She?s living the dream, she?s got this character that works and I think she?s being messed with. If you have someone who is there, who is firing on all cylinders .. and I?m talking to Vince, leave her alone and let her do her thing. You?re 70, Vince. She?s 23. You don?t speak to everybody out there. Just because you don?t get it doesn?t mean it?s not there to be gotten. You have people chanting ?We Want Sasha? ? it?s not without reason. Please, Mr. McMahon. Please leave her alone. Let her do her thing. If they want her, give her to them. Let her do her thing. You?re looking for faces, future faces of the company . Here?s one of them. It makes me sad to see someone work so hard, who is there and is being led in different directions.?

Jim Ross used his Facebook to address the hack of his Twitter social media account this morning as his Twitter is still disabled and leads to a page not found error. ?Some one hacked my Twitter account this morning. I?m NOT dead but I am pissed! Not a good rib,? Ross wrote. ?Costing me big money to repair my PC, ect. Spread the word, Jim Ross is alive & well. Don?t have time to die. Jim Ross? Twitter was hacked Sunday and a tweet pointed to a JR ?family statement? which announced his ?death.? The statement linked to a Blogspot.co.uk entry where it said, ?We are shocked and saddened to bring you the news that Jim Ross has sadly passed away. Long time friend @WhiteLeedsSite was with him at the time of his passing and it was said to be very peaceful. We will be making a further statement shortly.? Despite the hackers spending zero time to try and make it even look credible, thousands of fans online mourned JR?s ?death? with Twitter messages while others were - rightfully so - skeptical about it. Meanwhile, an hour or so after his account was compromised, the @JRsBBQ Twitter account was removed and for now it leads to a "Page does not exist" error. The hack this morning led to someone releasing a statement saying that Ross has passed away and then proceeded to post several meaning less tweets related to Leeds United, a British football club.

Jim Duggan is following the footsteps of others like Mick Foley, Colt Cabana, and Roddy Piper and trying his hand at standup comedy.

Jimmy Snuka was scheduled in court for a pretrial hearing on Monday in the Nancy Argentino case. The hearing is in regard to the prosecution turning over evidence to the defense.

In a recent video, Terry Funk said he isn?t happy about UFC fighter Ronda Rousey starring in a remake to the 1989 "Roadhouse" movie that Funk appeared in. In the video, which contains adult language, Funk says it wouldn?t take him 10 rounds to beat Rousey. You can see the video by clicking here.
