SRPW Cinco Is Pinko Review

Wooooo!!!

Okay so I caught the SRPW show Saturday and you're just gonna have to forgive me since I slept since then and my brain sucks. Oh and my TV went out so I had to go to Wal*Mart and blow like $300 on another damn tv and...Oh sorry

ANYWAY

* The show opens with Matt Majestic and Luc from the Breast Cancer Awareness Nation! I'm happy that Matt is so over with the crowd since Oklahoma isn't exactly known as being a 'tolerant' kinda place if you get my drift. Really solid opened and I've been a fan of Luc's for ages. He's the 'Arn Anderson' on the PINK Nation I suppose. The tough, technically sound badass. I see Tommy as the Paul Roma of the group.

* Huh, kids brought signs AND they're spelled correctly!? They HAD to have had help.

* OH HAI. The sound guy TOTALLY sucks. Again. Come on slick, push those buttons and make an effort.

* I liked the announcer for tonight, no idea who he was but he was aces in my book.

* Ray and Bobby Burns face off in a promo battle! Kinda, the sound guy was eatin' boogers or something. Anyway, I never got the chance to see Jurassic Park 3D so this will kinda be like the same thing.

* Sam Stackhouse whoops on some homeless looking booblehead guy.

* You can't convince me that Tommy's Coat isn't from the womens section of J. C. Pennys. Even Axl Rose would decline to wear that thing. And what was with the cozy on his head?

* Oh no. NOOOOOOOO it's Brandon Groom! Now as I've stated before I think he's a talented cat, but he strikes me as a ego maniac who has a Hogan Complex (redacted) Anyway shocker, he wins and looks like a dufus with his new Divas ring gear.

* C. M. Chunk is out to massive indifference! I like him. I STILL think him and Majestic would be a great if not hilarious tag team. So Chunk is going with a new name that I didn't catch (sound man!) So I'm calls him Butters

* I like Jake and all but he's the least likely heel out there. He doesn't have that 'swagger' or something. I dunno. Some guys can really pull of being a Heel but Jake isn't one of them. He's to nice. A very solid worker though. Waiting for him to go face.

* The Syndicate and the C. I. A. were hands down match of the night and it's been AGES since I'm seen a Texas Tornado rules tag match. The sneaky Canadians win and the referee JUST happens to have keys for the handcuffs! Don't worry ref, I won't judge.

* Cody retains the US title, although for a moment I had hoped That Handsome Devil would get a brief title run. Cody is in a tough spot, he's beaten all the heels, so who is next? Jake? Maybe a face / face match with Same? I dunno.

* Ray and Bobby are in the main event! Ray commits some elder abuse but Bobby gets in some shots. It ends abruptly (then again Bobby is about 107) and we get a DQ finish.
HOWEVER, it leads us to a no holds barred double title Mexican death match in two weeks!! Pretty psyched for that actually.

* On a quick side note, saw a LOT of Psycho Sawyer shirts and he is over like rover. Once Ray Martinez slinks past Bobby I could see him and Ray in a couple good matches.
