WWE Hall of Fame 2013: Power Ranking Top Inductees in Latest Class

Leading up to Sunday's WrestleMania, the WWE inducted the class of 2013 into its Hall of Fame Saturday.

The Hall of Fame induction ceremony offers fans a little taste of nostalgia and the legendary superstars that get inducted a much-deserved nod of recognition.

As great as all of the entertainers that were inducted are, not all inductees are created equal. While everyone inducted enjoyed great careers in the WWE, some had a greater impact on the business than others.

Here's a look at the top three inductees from the class of 2013 based on long-lasting impact and career accomplishments.

3. Trish Stratus

Seeing a woman ranked in the top three may be something that some fans vehemently disagree with, but Stratus' career speaks for itself.

She may not have enjoyed the longevity that the other superstars inducted in this class have, but her impact on the Divas division is undeniable. She was voted the WWE's Diva of the Decade during a time when the women enjoyed an all-time high in popularity.

She's one of the most accomplished Divas of all time. In addition to her popularity with the fans, she held the division championship seven times and held the hardcore championship once.

Not many can claim that they shaped an entire division for years to come. Stratus did just that and did more than enough to claim a top-three spot in this year's class.

2. Bruno Sammartino

It's difficult to compare Bruno Sammartino with the other stars in this class. The hulking Italian was a founding father of sorts in the organization and performed in a much different time.

Debuting in 1959 and hanging things up in 1987, the 5'10", 265-pound Sammartino enjoyed incredible longevity in his wrestling career.

Speaking of longevity, Sammartino's legacy will always be tied to the striking length of his title reign. As anyone that has followed C.M. Punk's recent title reign knows, Sammartino set a record that will never be broken with two title reigns that lasted over 4,000 days.

Sammartino's induction into the Hall of Fame has been long over due. He's definitely a key addition to the hall in this year's class.

1. Mick Foley

Foley is one of the all-time greats in wrestling history. He is one of the few men that is loved by hardcore and casual fans alike.

Regardless of which of Foley's faces was your favorite, he always brought his best to the ring to entertain the fans. His epic 1998 Hell in a Cell match with Undertaker will go down as one of the greatest matches in professional wrestling history.

Foley's incredible career started back in 1986 and lasted until 2000 as a full-time active wrestler. However, he has competed and appeared on WWE programming sporadically ever since.

Foley didn't have the same illustrious reigns with the belt as some of his contemporaries, but he was a pivotal part of the Attitude Era. He goes into the Hall of Fame as the most prolific entertainer in his class.
