"IZW Adrenaline" pro wrestling starts on The Comcast Network, CSN Mid Atlantic, CSN Northwest, and other CSN regional sports stations. The Comcast Network will air the show Saturday at 12:30 a.m. Other networks will debut it later. IZW will do one hour TV shows every other week.

Jim Ross appeared on the Boston Celtics radio network Sunday afternoon during the Celtics vs. Oklahoma City Thunder game. Ross was on during the second quarter. Ross and Celtics announcer Sean Grande are good fiends. Cedric Maxwell, the other member of the Celtics radio team, isn't a wrestling fan, but he said he likes Jim Ross and put over his barbecue sauce on Friday night's game.

Alberto Del Rio vs. Jack Swagger in a submission rules match is currently scheduled for WWE's "Extreme Rules" pay-per-view in St. Louis, MO in May, according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

WWE paid tribute to Paul Bearer yesterday on Monday Night RAW but as always, things didn't go as smooth as they were supposed to be. The show opened with the fantastic video tribute that WWE put up online last Thursday, followed by the entrance of the Undertaker. Undertaker walked down to the ring as an urn was waiting in the middle of the ring. Taker paid his respects by kneeling down however he was interrupted by C. M. Punk. Punk dissed the Undertaker and told him he will be 20-1 after WrestleMania 29 as he will beat the streak. Throughout the show they also aired several clips from Paul Bearer's WWE career. At the end of the show, Kane fought Punk, keeping the old storyline that Kane was Bearer's son and Undertaker's brother. After Kane defeated Punk, Taker came out and kneeled at the top of the ramp while Kane did the same. However Punk recovered from the chokeslam, got the urn, and hit Kane several times with it, running away with the urn before mocking the Undertaker.

According to reports, The Undertaker and the sons of Paul Bearer all agreed that the beginning of "WWE Monday Night RAW" with C. M. Punk interrupting Undertaker's tribute to Bearer was good and Bearer would have loved the segment because of his love for the pro wrestling business.

The death of Paul Bearer was mentioned on ABC's "Good Morning America" last Thursday and discussed for about 30 seconds. It was respectful and done without mocking wrestling.

Stoney & Bill on Detroit radio talked about how surprised they were at how much news coverage mainstream there has been to the death of Bearer.

On the Los Angeles Times web site, the story on the death of Bill Moody/Paul Bearer got bigger numbers than the Mayoral elections and got similar numbers to their coverage of the death of Randy Savage.

After his son Wes Brisco defeated Kurt Angle in a Steel Cage Match at TNA's "Lockdown", Gerald Brisco posted on Twitter "Congrats to Wes Brisco for his first cage match last night he did good hard work pays off way to go son keep up the hard work".

Jake Roberts had some very harsh words for TNA and company president Dixie Carter, during a recent interview he conducted with Busted Open Radio last week. He said "[Vince McMahon's] machine is unbeatable. I mean, don?t kid yourself TNA, you?ll always be third stream; there is no second stream. You?ll be third at least because there is no way in hell you?re gonna catch these people, and you might as well forget about it and quit telling the people you are. Back whenever it was Hall, Nash/Diesel stay in this, you?re letting the Inmates run the asylum. They were calling the shots as they wanted to! And that?s wrong. That is just totally wrong. You got people in the wrong positions, you got people that shouldn?t be in those positions. And Dixie Carter?for whatever she is?I think she?s a mark! And for whatever Hogan is, Hogan?s not a booker! Christ. I mean, thank God they got rid of the jerk, the one that destroyed WCW. What was his name? RUSSO! He?ll probably go in the goddamn Hall of Fame before I do."

The Honky Tonk Man posted on Twitter "Just lost a dear friend from Vancouver, George Labash. George was a regular behind the scenes for WWE doing little things the agents needed when WWE came to town. We will miss George."

The funeral for Paul Bearer took place at St. Vincent's Church in Mobile, AL on March 9th.

Chris Yandek of CYInterview.com conducted what might have been Paul Bearer's last interview. It was done in January and Bearer said he knew one day he would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Bearer said "I know that I will [be in the WWE Hall of Fame]. So that?s all I need to know. Whether it?s next year or whether it?s five years from now, I know the time?s coming. ? I?ve been very, very blessed in professional wrestling because I?m just a Alabama kid, from the Alabama Gulf Coast that grew up watching local territory days wrestling. ? I have been all around the world. I performed in all 50 states, 28 countries and I got a paycheck every week." Among other subjects Bearer spoke about was stories of The Undertaker, Kane, Mankind, the state of the pro wrestling, what he had been up to and many other things. At the Gulf Coast Wrestling Reunion in Mobile, AL on March 1st and 2nd, Paul Bearer was having severe breath problems, telling friends that he had been suffering respiratory issues, reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Moody was the emcee for the hometown event, but had trouble standing for long periods of time and was using a wheelchair, as has been previously reported. He went to the hospital after dinner hoping to return, but never made it back to the event. Moody learned in the hospital that he had suffered a blood clot. He remained hospitalized until passing away.

TMZ.com spoke with Cowboy Bob Kelly, president of the Cauliflower Alley Club, and Kelly said when he last saw Paul Bearer on March 2nd at the Gulf Coast Wrestling Fanfest, that Bearer was in bad health with a severe breathing problem. According to other people at the event, Bearer was coughing and had trouble standing for long periods of time. He told people he was going to seek treatment for what he called "respiratory issues". Kelly said Bearer went to the hospital immediately following the reunion. He also said Bearer was later informed the famed wrestling manager was being treated for a blood clot.
