Last week's Entertainment Weekly has a story on a day in the life of Stephanie McMahon. WWE is trying to push her as a major executive as Sports Business Journal also had a very short deal on her goals for 2012 (eliminate bullying, getting the WWE Network going). In the piece, she listed the names Roddy Piper, Iron Sheik and Dusty Rhodes as being part of "Legends House".

Mick Foley's appearance on ABC's "Celebrity Wife Swap" is scheduled to air Tuesday, January 24th. Check local listings for times and channels in your area.

Mick Foley is going back to the United Kingdom for a comedy tour from February 24th to March 2nd, with shows in London, Cardiff, Birmingham, Sheffield, Liverpool and Dublin.

Mick Foley performed at the Stardome Comedy Club in Birmingham, AL last Thursday night. The venue seats 500 and there were about 400 people there. Just the seats around the very top were empty. He did an opening bit that he's done at all his other shows. He comes out to his WWE entrance music and acts like it was botched and says let's do it over again. Then comes out to Kurt Angle's old "You Suck" music. He acknowledged that he once lived in Montgtomery for a few months(when he was with Continental Wrestling Association). He told stories of people ranging from Undertaker to Bob Holly. He still enjoys cutting on Al Snow. The show was very laid back and intimate. Nothing special, but enjoyable for fans of his. Most everyone stayed after the show to get photos and/or merchandise.

The report is that Triple H called Ric Flair last week before "WWE Monday Night RAW" to inform him WWE would be inducting The Four Horsemen into their Hall of Fame, as Flair was in Orlando, FL for TNA's "Impact Wrestling" television tapings. At the present, no one in TNA has commented on the subject.

WWE wants Ric Flair to appear at their Hall of Fame ceremony, and Flair wants to be there. Flair was planning to attend the ceremony in a non-televised capacity to support friends Edge and Arn Anderson. In addition, WWE would like Flair to work with the company again with the launch of the WWE Network.

Ric Flair confirmed that he will be attending the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony and be on stage with the rest of the legendary Four Horsemen to be inducted on March 31st. Britt Whitmire from the Brad & Britt show on FM Talk 101.1 WZTK, attended an autograph signing that Flair held at a Wal-Mart and asked Flair on video if he would be there. "On-stage, brother," Flair said, adding that he would be "at the event" as well, presumably at WrestleMania for the Hall of Famers segment. Flair is still under TNA contract and it will be interesting to see how it all plays out. Last year Flair was at the Hall of Fame to see his friend Shawn Michaels getting inducted. Flair never appeared on camera and was never mentioned on that night but WWE.com did show a video of Flair giving Michaels a gift before his induction. Ric Flair was interviewed by Mike Mooneyham regarding the WWE Hall of Fame announcement for the induction of the Four Horsemen. "It's amazing. It?s very cool. The whole TNA crew was watching the vignette. I started crying when they aired it,? said Flair. ?They told me I could only talk seven minutes,? states Flair in the interview regarding his Hall of Fame speech. Mooneyham also interviewed Ole Anderson after the announcement that the Four Horsemen would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, but not include himself from the original line up. Anderson said ?Vince McMahon hates my guts, and I don?t like him. So that?s all there is to it?. Anderson said he couldn?t make the Hall of Fame anyway due to his health. He also called the WWE Hall of Fame a ?joke?.

One of the most popular wrestling superstars to ever enter the squared circle has finally joined the world of Twitter, and that person is none other than Sting. The former WCW and TNA Champion was apparently pushed by TNA President Dixie Carter to join the social network website judging from his first few tweets, thanking Carter for ?putting the fire? under him to start interacting with fans. Within half a day, Sting received over 11,000 followers to his Twitter verified account. ?I appreciate the quick and positive feed back from all! Finally coming out of the dark ages,? he wrote. You can follow Sting using the @sting Twitter username.

As previously reported, Abdullah the Butcher was booked for the January All Japan tour. Abdullah the Butcher flew in, but wasn?t able to wrestle, but announced he would do the tour signing autographs at the scheduled shows. Before the tour concluded, Butcher flew home. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the real story is that All Japan wanted him to go home as a cost saving measure. All Japan publicly announced that Abdullah asked to return to the United States due to a serious health issue.

George Knight went to the hospital Sunday night due to kidney stones. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.
