Se7en, Angel Williams, and John O'Malley never made it to Colorado Springs, CO for their scheduled booking at Asylum Championship Wrestling. While they were traveling by car with Se7en behind the wheel, they hit a bear. The car, owned by Se7en, was totaled but there were no injuries to the wrestlers. Chris Matthews drove from his home in Oklahoma City to pick up the stranded wrestlers.

MissouriWrestlingRevival.com just finished their count down the Top 30 Tag Teams of the MWR era, and Mark Sterling appeared again, not once but twice. His tag team with Steve Fender ranked at #5. Sterling & Fender dominated the tag team ranks of World League Wrestling and their title reign is the longest in the company's history. Coming in at #4 is The Gentleman's Club which featured Sterling, along with Devin Carter, Gage Octane, and Casanova, managed by Todd Countryman. The Gentleman's Club teamed in the Iowa based 3XWrestling from November 2007 to December 2010. Sterling & Octane held the 3XW Tag Team Titles for 11 months. Sterling was also ranked #19 with Darrien Sanders (as The LONRs) and at #11 with Jeremy Wyatt and Mike Sydal (as The Kansas City Killers).

Jim Ross posted the following on Twitter regarding the upcoming Steve Austin DVD: "WWE TV ppl did an amazing job on Stone Cold?s 4 DVD Set scheduled 4 late Nov release. Steve & I to narrate 3 WMania bouts Wed am. The documentary disc of the new Austin DVD runs a compelling 2+ hours. 4 DVD collection will be must see. Out late Nov. What a career!"

Jim Ross answered questions on his Twitter page from his followers. Ross was asked, ?will Owen hart ever be in the wwe hall of fame?? Ross replied, ?Without question. Don?t know when.?

While not official, WWE is talking about booking Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix for September?s "Night of Champions" pay-per-view in Buffalo, NY.

Mick Foley filmed an episode of "Celebrity Wife Swap" last week. The episode is expected to air in the fall on ABC.

There is a rap song out by Killer Mike, called "Ric Flair," using a lot of Flair promos and he raps in between the promos. This apparently gets a lot of air play.

Interesting trivia note: Bill Goldberg, Alex Karras, Lou Albano and Ric Flair were all football players who later became pro wrestlers and did some acting. In addition, all of their fathers were doctors.

Bill Goldberg recently posted some interesting notes on his official Twitter account this weekend. It started with Goldberg claiming, "By the way....... I'm back!!!!!!!!!!!!!" A few moments later, Goldberg clarified, "It ain't WWE, they can kiss my ass." When asked, "Who's next?" Goldberg responded with, "Maybe Batista."

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Bill Goldberg cut a promotional video for the "Rumble in the Jungle II" in Kinshasa (in the Congo) saying he is coming out of retirement in October to wrestle on the show. Foreign talent is being booked by Rick Bassman, and names such as Kurt Angle, Ric Flair, Chris Jericho, Dave Batista, Matt Hardy, and MVP are reportedly being promoted for the show.

Ky-ote Joe suffered a dislocated shoulder during his match tagging with Montego Seeka against Kevin Morgan & Wage at IZW in Lawton on Saturday night. Oklafan wishes him a speedy recovery.
