It appears that the experiment of Michael Hayes managing Tyson Kidd may be over already. Kidd was accompanied to the ring by Armando Estrada for his match against Trent Barreta that was taped for "WWE Superstars" in Spokane, WA on May 24th.

There is a new wrestler debuting at the next Ohio Valley Wrestling event named Michael Hayes. It is not the former member of The Fabulous Freebirds.

WWE is releasing a 3-Disc DVD set entitled ?The Greatest Cage Matches of All Time? on June 28. Paul Bearer posted the following on Twitter: "signed my second WWE LEGENDS CONTRACT today, 5-years with a option of rolling over for a 6th year"

With Terry Taylor's departure from TNA, at present time, Dean Broadhead and Caroline Williams are handling the Contracts and Compensation Questions and Bruce Pritchard is handling the talent issues outside of that. Taylor is stepping down as Director of TNA Talent Relations. His last day is today (May 31, 2011).

Ty Bailey, who had been working in the WWE talent relations department under John Laurinaitis, has left the department. There are rumblings that Terry Taylor, who will be departing TNA as the director of talent relations, could end up with WWE. The former WWE superstar remains with TNA until the end of the month.

TNA World Champion Sting is scheduled to work the "TNA BaseBrawl" event in Memphis, TN on June 11th. It will be the first ever TNA house show he has worked for the company.

Ric Flair?s Manager, Melinda Morris Zanoni, of Legacy Talent and Entertainment, LLC, sent out the following Friday: ?This conditional Order is in respect of a Settlement Agreement pursuant to which Mr. Flair has until June 27, 2011 to comply, which he fully intends to do. This civil Order is not, and should in no way be construed as, Mr. Flair now being subject to arrest.?

Bob Orton, Jr. appeared on the sports report for a lengthy interview on KPLR-TV in St. Louis, the longtime flagship station of wrestling in the city. They talked about Wrestling at the Chase, the importance of St. Louis wrestling, Randy Orton and the death of Randy Savage.

Dewey's Pizza, a regional pizza chain in Ohio, Kentucky, and Missouri, has a new seasonal pizza called the "Tito Santana". The pizza has Taco Sauce, Chihuahua Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Seasoned Ground Beef, Red Onions and Corn Chips with Shredded Lettuce, Chipotle Ranch and Diced Tomatoes.

Shawn Michaels said on his Twitter that Randy Savage got the idea for the flying elbow from Eddie Mansfield.

Randy "Macho Man" Savage was in possession of a high-powered handgun when he crashed in Florida last week, but according to TMZ, Savage had an active permit to carry the weapon. TMZ spoke with Randy's brother, Lanny Poffo, who said the gun was properly registered and legit. According to Lanny, Randy had recently gotten into the hobby of target shooting -- and was a pretty damn good shot. Lanny also said Randy and his wife were so passionate about the hobby that he wasn't surprised about the discovery of the gun because the couple went shooting together all the time.

?Macho Man? Randy Savage?s ashes were spread at the base of a tree at his Florida home on May 24th and in compliance with his final request, the family REFUSED to play his wrestling theme music during the ceremony. TMZ spoke to Randy?s brother Lanny Poffo who tells us Savage made it very clear in his funeral plans that NO ONE was to play his theme music, "Pomp and Circumstance", while he was laid to rest. In recent years, Randy felt extremely guilty about using the song, because it was first used by his idol, wrestling legend Gorgeous George, and Randy felt like he stole George?s thunder.
